Critical: Professionalism If this company operates like their employees drive company vehicals on the freeway. Black ford f250 Texting swearing through traffic riding people's bumpers. Then when he get through passed a semi truck by driving on the shoulder of the freeway. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

We called at the beginning of August to get a quote for replacing our front deck. We called several times and they would never answer. We went to thier website and emailed them and got a response on August 12th. We got a response back to the email and after going back and forth we got an appointment for September 1st for a quote. The appointment came and went and not a call to cancel or reschedule.
Of course we called and they don't pick up thier phone. At this point WHY would we consider using a company like this or trust them. We have one quote from a company who answered thier phone and showed up and gave a quote. This company could have been a better price but we will never know because they cannot communicate or show up. Very disappointed when we waited half a month for nothing, but maybe we should have seen it coming from the beginning?

Dr. Decks just completed our new deck and we couldn't be happier. The owner Jason was communicative prior to the project and completed our deck quickly and professionally. Jason was also full of ideas as we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted. It was obvious that he enjoys his craft and is passionate about each project. As a bonus, the crew (Jason and Phil) are nice guys!

Hard to write a review when no one seems to take an interest in your phone call. I called twice over a two week timeframe to get information about replacing my existing deck and railing system. I left two voice mails including my alternate work number and interesting enough only one voice mail from you. You obviously didn't take the time to listen to the other number.
When I called you a second time you didn't even take the time to return my call. Guess you don't need the business that bad and your lack of follow through in phone calls must me a representation of your sub-par work ethic.
