During the rental house turnover window of three business days, I noticed that the vanity of a bathroom was missing the drain stopper. I called Scarborough Plumbing, but the line was busy. The office manager Debbie called me back very quickly and was able to send their experienced technician to fix my problem within hours. I am grateful to Scarborough for addressing not only my plumbing problems but my anxiety as a owner or landlord. I know they are good and will always try to help me out as soon as they can. It is a good feeling to work with caring, honest, and responsible human beings!

I had a leak with my sump pump at a rental house and called a 24-hour-service plumbing company (different from Scarborough) to stop the leak in the evening. The leak area was taped waiting for the new check valve ordered by the plumber to arrive in five days. After this plumber's visit, the sump pump started running constantly and the plumber did not even realize this problem.

I realized this problem three days later and called this plumbing company. However, no quick response to fix the problem and I would need to wait for another 6 days after the arrival of the part to have their technician over. So, I called Scarborough Plumbing out of desperation. The office manager Debbie immediately sent an experienced technician, who fixed the problem on that day (it turns out that you can get the part in store)! I am grateful for Scarborough's rescue and would highly recommend them.

Every time the guys at Scarborough come out they're professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. They've never left even a small mess. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need, and they're reasonably priced. I have only good things to say! We were lucky to have called them for a job right after we bought our house and will continue to use them as our plumbers!

Very professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem (a failed join in our cast iron sewer drain, allowing roots to intrude, resulting in a clog) quickly and thoroughly explained the options and gave their recommendation. Went with their recommended solution and it turned out they were correct on all accounts. After the pipe was repaired, they scoped the drains (with a camara) to both septic tanks and gave us a clean bill of health. Finished the job quickly. I was exceedingly happy with the service. I would (and have) recommend Scarborough Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

They replaced the water main from the city water meter to my house. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would. They had to go through many large roots to get it done. I now have a shutoff value next to the house as well. Very pleased and my puppy liked them as well.

My new condo desperately needed a new water heater. Scarborough Plumbing did an awesome job--they were professional, on time and thorough. Excellent service on every level. The best though, was they re-piped the entire house, replacing corroding, old 1950's pipes, and with an amazing crew, disciplined, professional, focused, they each showed they really liked their work, proud, and missed nothing. +Installed new water-saving toilet, sink, shower controls, and all connections, expertly. Later, as the city inspector came, confirmed it was flawless, saying he knew they do great work, always. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

There is nothing like a professional job well done. I had a toilet that needed to be reset from a change in flooring and another that needed to be reset from a bad install (mine). They showed up on time, were in and out in no time, perfectly installed and caulked, and with no trace left behind, all at a very reasonable price. I only use Scarborough Plumbing because I like to reward excellence, so they get the call whenever I need something.

Scarborough plumbing was courteous, professional and their craftsmanship is superlative. They were able to respond to an urgent plumbing repair I needed done in less than 2 hours. The next soonest availability by their competition, was 4 days. Unlike some of the larger name companies in town, you will get more one-on-one interaction with this company. Their work ethic and quality shows they care about the customer and their reputation. I highly recommend them.
