Our downtown Rocky Mount commercial property doesn't have a lot of grass but the sidewalks along the outside perimeter of the fence had not been groomed in years. They were so bad you couldn't even see the sidewalks - wasn't even sure if we had any. I knew it was going to be tough & expensive mainly because of the years of neglect. I called 3 local landscaping companies.
