After serving his community for many years as a Sheriff's Deputy, Rocky Puga returned to the family business at Alameda Plumbing.

Feeling the demand was needed in El Paso, Rocky decided to start his own company - Upper Valley Plumbing. It has since grown to be one of the most successful plumbing businesses in El Paso. He is a Certified Master Plumber.

Rocky and his crew at Upper Valley Plumbing did a great job fixing our broken water pipe when we had a flood. They came our within an hour and had our water back up an running in no time. They even recommended several companies that helped clean up the mess.
