Drew responded immediately to our call. He kept me informed of his schedule (to accommodate the rains); showed up when he said he would; listened well; and he and his crew did excellent, prompt, and thorough repairs.

The only aspect of my home that is nearly as important as the people who live within it is my roof above us. That is why I invested a significant amount of time to determine the most appropriate company to look at a spot over our hot water heater vent that appeared to be the source of a potential leak. It took Drew all of 5 minutes to diagnose the issue -- and his team about an hour to correct some work that had been done improperly years before.

He and his team were on time, and impressively conscientious as they conducted necessary the work. The result, the price, and the professionalism were absolutely first rate. I can't thank Drew and his team enough, nor can I imagine anyone else working on our roof for as long as he conducts business -- which I hope is a very long time. A+

I found Capistrano Roofing through Yelp and thought we would give them a try. They came out, did the job as promised and couldn't be happier. We called many roofers prior to this and never received even a call back. They were so professional. And A+++ in our books!

I have a home built in the early 1960's that needed the clay tile roof repaired. For this job I contacted Drew of Capistrano Roofing. Drew came out gave me a detailed bid and told me exactly what was going to be done and how long it was going to take his crew to complete. That process involved removing the original clay roof tiles, laying down two new underlayments, then putting the original tiles back on the roof. Well, I couldn't be happier with the job completed by Drew and his crew. He finished the job on time and completed according to my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Drew for your roofing needs.

Called Drew late in the week about a leak in my roof. He came by on Monday and diagnosed the problem, explained the process and the cost associated with the repair. They quickly started to work on the problem and told me they would come by the next morning with the supplies and finish the job. They were always on time and communication was excellent. Fast, friendly and professional service. Price was fair and the work was excellent.

I wish I had more roofs to install by Capistrano Roofing. Drew and his company walked me through every step of the way and installed a beautiful new roof. Drew's crew re-do my entire roof and replaced the skylight. The roofing work was done quickly, and within the time frame promised. The quality of the roofing and communication with Drew work is superb. His crew is working machine : very nice and polite and extremely knowledgeable. I called Drew about a leaky roof and he was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem and schedule a time to come fix it between rainy days. His price was very fair, he showed up on time and did quality work.

After the first storm of the season we had a roof leak. All roofers that I called were getting between 30-100 calls a day (including Drew). Getting help was difficult. I had 2 companies call me back. The first tried to charge me $4,000 for the job and would come back in 2 weeks to do the work. Drew came by my place, even though he was crazy busy as well.

He diagnosed the issue and had my roof all fixed in 20 minutes. For all that work I paid $700. He is just an honest hardworking guy. I cannot say enough good things about Drew and his crew. Now no more leak for the next storm that is going to hit in 3 days!

After heavy rains we discovered we had a leak. Drew Campbell Capistrano Roofing called us back the same day and was able to diagnosis the likely problem by our description of where the leak was and looking at our roof on google earth. He came with his crew early the next morning with all materials needed and fixed it in about an hour for a fair price.

Great response, responsible and honest, took pictures of every stage of the work and did a great job. His price was very reasonable, actually half of the price on a prior estimate. He's also a nice guy who will answer all your questions. Would definitely recommend Capistrano Roofing.

I'm a bit late with this review (thought I'd already done it), anyway, last December (2018) we had a leak in our living room & called a couple of companies for an estimate. Everyone was busy as it was the first rainy storm we'd had in 2018 but Drew said he would fit us in & came out the next day. he was very thorough & gave us a reasonable price.

His crew did the job a day or so later & did a great job, when we had the HUGE rainstorms early this year (2019) we did not see a single drop inside the house. Great job & we will certainly use Drew again when we need a reliable roofer, we'll also be referring Capistrano Roofing to all our friends.

Drew and crew at Capo Roofing are top notch! Drew returned call quickly after big rain, came out that day to assess, fixed issue next day and pricing seemed very reasonable. Drew knows South County and quickly evaluated root cause and resolved our repair. Drew and crew professional, considerate and very nice to deal with. Hope I never see them again;- but if I have a future roofing issue Capistrano Roofing will be my only call.

Unfortunately Drew was unable to help me due to work overload, but I do want to compliment the fact that he had the courtesy to call me about this rather than put me on ignore. Appreciate the professionalism and sorry I will have to look elsewhere.

We discovered a leak draining into the garage after a December storm. Capistrano Roofing returned the call within 24 hours. An evaluation was made, and a work appointment scheduled. The roof was repaired within a few days. There was a new storm last night. The repair held and the garage remained perfectly dry. The owner, Drew, and his crew are friendly, timely and efficient. Great service.

I have to give 5 plus stars to this company. Drew the owner is a top notch person. All roofers are crazy busy after the rain. I have called about every roofer that works in South County. I have a roof leak and only a few roofers even called me back. The other companies, could not even text to say, sorry we are too busy. This was every roofer listed on next door app too!

I spent the night filling out online requests. No replies. Drew not only answered my call; he stopped by the next day. Even though he has had a long day working and no time to fit me in yet. I can't thank him enough for just showing up. He has even gotten back to me, to talk about other companies I have pick from. Wish he had the time to take my job. What a stand up guy. Plan ahead and get on his schedule, to get him. Depending on time of year, you might be the lucky one and get right in.

After receiving a quote from P**** H**** I********** I called Capistrano Roofing based on the Yelp reviews. Drew, the owner, arrived when promised and went up onto the roof to check the condition. I was concerned about the destroyed ridge caps but was advised they'd do O.K. for another year or so and that the roof itself would be good for another year or two. "Call me back next year, " Drew said.

I decided that here was a guy who wasn't giving me the hard sell and with whom I'd be comfortable dealing. I decided that I'd like to have the job done now rather than wait a year. Drew and his crew showed up bright and early on the promised day and was completely finished by the following evening. The crews (one to strip off the old shingles, another to install the new) were hard-working, polite, and cleaned up after they were done. Drew kept coming back and forth to check on the job and monitor progress. I couldn't be happier with my choice of contractor and the job that was done. (By the way, Drew's quote was almost HALF of the PHI quote.)

I have not had Drew put a roof on my house or do repair work but I have worked with him in a different capacity and know him to be reliable, trustworthy, and detail oriented. I would recommend him as a roofing contractor for these reasons.

Drew is a great guy and will take good care of you and your roofing needs.
