Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. I was able to get an estimate for a sump pump replacement within two business days and same-day installation later that afternoon due to concerns about heavy rains later that evening. Pricing was very reasonable and both Bob and Corey were very pleasant to work with. We have had flash flooding in the area twice since the replacement and the new pump has kept up. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

On possibly one of the coldest stretches in long long time, I had pipes freeze and burst in my rental property. Of course, every plumber in town was backed up with similar calls, but the Gander crew put me on standby and lucky for my tenants, they were able to get out the very next day and fix the problem and at a reasonable cost. Then just a couple days later, the toilet had problems. Again, they were very responsive. I will be using Gander again with confidence. Thanks!

The driver in their company Van was extremely inconsiderate. They were driving erratically and going under the speed limit in the left lane of 94 for miles. Multiple cars were passing on the right and they refused to get over. Driver was noted using his phone when passed.

Gander does not guarantee its work. When my washing machine drain started backing up again a couple of months after they supposedly cleared it, they said they couldn't come out for at least eight days and would charge me if they did come out. The water may not go down the drain, but the $135 I paid them certainly did! My advice is, find a more skilled and reputable plumbing company.
