We build gunite swimming pools, spas and fountains. Gunite pools are incredibly durable and made of materials designed to last. Compared to traditional basin methods, gunite pools use a rebar framework that is then sprayed with a concrete mixture. This type of system is incredibly versatile, allowing for an unlimited variety of shapes and depths.

I highly recommend Burke Pool as a partner in your pool or spa project. Our experience with the Burke team has been great from end-to-end. From our initial meeting with the owner thru their hands on support as we fired up the swim spa for the first time the whole team has been wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, responsive and patient.and they have consistently gone the extra mile (and then some) to help us along the way.

Used them 3 or 4 years ago to repair tile and had their affiliate company replace pool cover. Pool cover ripped in first season. Settled for half what we paid for it to get rid of the guy. Said the wall would fail and that's why cover ripped. Automatic Pool Covers put a new one in and told me the wall was solid. Still no problems with it. Having tile done again. Just learned the tile Burke did was secured improperly, which caused still more damage because water was permitted to get behind the rest of the tile.

I was saddened with the level of follow up with these guys. I have a home warranty. The warranty company requires that the tech get work approved prior to starting to ensure the claim will be paid. Pretty standard. I let them know this when I called. I was told someone would call me back to schedule a time. No one called. Instead someone showed up and my mother fielded the tech.
She had no idea what my discussion was. So the tech came through and did the repair work but I couldn't get it approved since I wasn't there. So I got stuck with a bill. The problem was furthered when I emailed to address these concerns. A supervisor named Jeff emailed back, presumably not realizing I was copied on the exchange, and said "I don't see a need to contact him.
He's being purposefully deceitful. Would have been nice if he merely thanked you for repairing the heater as was his request. Please make sure we do not service this pool again." Wow. So, let me get this straight. When I send an email to clarify my concerns that were not addressed, I'm expected to thank you for not doing what was requested? And I'm blackballed as a result? It's very disappointing to see this level of customer service.
