It is a challenge to improve Indoor air quality. HVAC equipment, design, installation, repair and maintenance issues are not uncommon. Health risks associated with IAQ from water leaks, mold, pesticides, toxic contaminates, household cleaning products and freon leaks are a hazard. Commercial kitchen exhausts, boiler and automobile emissions are harmful.
