I went online and read the reviews for this company and was pleased with what I read. I was also ready for a better carpet cleaning experience than the service I had in the past with a different company. I called and told Mike what I needed done and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Jeremiah came out and did an awesome job. Although he was by himself, he did the work of 2 people in the same amount of time.

He was very personable and did everything in an extremely professional manner. He even cleaned 3 small area rugs I had which I thought was a nice gesture. I would definitely recommend Reynolds Carpet Care if you want the job done right the first time. Kim A.

Mike was on time and did a professional quality steam cleaning on our 2nd floor carpet and much needed carpeted stairs. It looks fabulous! Then he cleaned for us our 5 large area rugs and two hallway rugs for our 1st floor. They look brand new. All of this was done neatly and in a resonable orderly fashion. Plus the price charged was very pleasing. I will recommend Reynolds Carpet Care to anyone. So nice to pay for service and be satisfied beyond your expectations!

I've used Reynolds Carpets for many years. I call Mike, the owner, several times a year to set up my appointments. Jeremiah is always on time and if he's running a few minutes late he always calls to let me know. On each visit I have him steam clean my carpets in all my rooms and clean the tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. I also have had them steam my sofa cushions and they look brand new and smell wonderful after Jeremiah is finished. My sister also uses Reynolds and is always pleased. Mike did a wonderful job on my carpet! He was even able to remove slime from my son's carpet which was amazing. He also cleaned my white upholstered chairs and made them look new again. Mike and his crew have been cleaning the carpets at my parents home and always does an excellent job. They have dogs and get the stains up every time. They do our rugs at my preschool as well as the tile. I have even used them to clean the seats in my vehicles. We love their company and all those that work for them.

I live on a farm and as you can imagine the dirt that gets tracked in and the pet hair kept my carpets dingy. I have a shampooer but the time and trouble it takes me to clean my carpets was to much for my busy schedule.
