The company soon expanded in the insurance damage restoration business. Royalty came to do our carpets in the whole house. Our rep for the company was Rafael. He was very courteous, excellent worker and really knew carpets. Our carpets are old but we're very expensive. He knew exactly how to treat them. This is the beat job that we have ever had done. I would not hesitate to ever have them work at my house again.

I can't say enough how much we loved their work, their kindness, their professionalism, every single thing about the Royalty company was AMAZING! My 2 story house was flooded by our washer machine, it was a complete mess! They were on top of it all. No waiting, No unexpected things that cost more money, and their work was absolutely amazing! From the people who came in to dry the house, all the way until they shampoo the carpets, everyone was amazing, professional and kind.
I'm so glad our insurance got such a great company to work with us. They did it all and completed such a huge job in time for me to have a huge Thanksgiving gathering at my house. Thanks again Guys :

Giving this lovely business a one star rating based solely around their manner of speaking. I requested a quote for a cleanup and they suggested replacing my furniture. Their attitude is clear as day in their photo. Wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole if they were the only cleaning service in the entire state. Great job buddy!

Excellent service, my rug hadn't been cleaned in years (more than 10 years) as no one would touch it. Royalty was the only place willing to clean it! Rafael and Jose were nice, polite, and professional. They took great care of my rug and I couldn't be happier. Perfectionists even when laying it back down on the floor. Oh and the lovely bouquet of flowers in a vase made my day! I would highly recommend this company and trust you will be glad you did too!

Recently my wife and I experienced some water damage in our master bathroom. We immediately called Royalty Cleaning Services who responded very quickly to assess the damage and discuss next steps. Their staff was professional and courteous and went the extra mile to educate us on the severity of the damage. We received updates before and after they performed the work which made a very stressful situation seem easier than expected and manageable for my wife and I to tackle with our busy schedules. I'm really impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism of this company. I got the opportunity to watch how they clean area rugs and was amazed. It's not just a "wash and go" - it's a blow, clean and gentle dry. They had this beautiful Persian rug, and were using a special piece of equipment to first blow away all the dust, dirt, pet dander and other stuff embedded in the fibers. Luke Sanny explained that many companies skip this step, which means that "stuff" gets wet and soaks into the fibers when being washed, resulting in an area carpet that simply isn't as clean. "Behind the scenes" quality of service like this really helped set them apart for me. If you want the confidence that your carpets are really clean, I highly recommend them

Was using another carpet cleaning service but they did not get the carpets very clean last service. Friends recommended Royalty Carpet Cleaning to us and I am so glad they did. It was a bit more cost wise but huge improvement in value! They even offered to leave the air movers for us to expedite the drying process. Great service! Great staff, means a lot when you have them working in all areas of your home! I guess they could say. We fix cheep carpet cleaning jobs! These folks do a great job!

We had our carpets and tile floors cleaned by Rafael and were so impressed by the quality of work done by this company. From the initial phone call to set up estimate, to the estimate and finally to the actual cleaning was a very pleasant experience. We had Royalty clean our carpets and also take one very large area rug in for cleaning. Their service people did an excellent job. We had a time conflict and the office staff was very helpful. The rugs look great and they returned a week later with the area rug and installed it for us. Thank so much. Great Job!

I had Royalty Cleaning Services come out to give me an estimate for carpet cleaning. The owner came out, measured my carpeted areas and gave me a very reasonable estimate. As a bonus, he gave me a coupon for $50.00 off my cleaning. My carpets were cleaned by a uniformed technician, very clean and even wore booties so he brought no foot traffic in on my carpet.
I was impressed by the professionalism of this company. I received a follow up call the following day which proved to me they were interested in my satisfaction. I will refer all my family members and friends to Royalty.
