Super pro place. Had some casement windows rebuilt for my condo that had rotted. They turned out better than the originals and fit like a charm. Ferdie was really helpful and asked all the right questions about my drawings. Great price as well. Would use again anytime.

I recently ordered a french door. While they seemed professional at the time of placing the order, there were issues later on: - The order was delayed by 2 weeks. Even after that, the deadbolt was still missing and they had to send it separately - The sales person kept forgetting things we discussed and didn't fully disclose all costs. - When the door was finally delivered, the bottom side of it was chipped and damaged. Specifically, we had discussed delivery on three separate occasions - 1) at the time of placing the order; 2) at the time of discussing the 2 week delay; and 3) at the time of 'scheduling' the delivery.

They didn't disclose a $200 delivery fee to my location at the time of placing the order, and the sales person turned around and yelled at me for assuming they are a trucking company. In short, this place is absolute trash - the worst customer service and extremely forgetful staff. I'm sure they make good doors, but if you are going for something mid range and pretty standard, I highly recommend sticking with the big stores like Home Depot and Lowes instead; going to a small time manufacturer like this offers no benefits.

I had some custom doors made a few years ago. I was so satisfied that now when I was requested to do a similar job I contacted them and was given a prompt and competitively priced estimate. Although my client decided to wait I will continue to use Ocean Sash and Door for my custom door needs
