He comes 2 hours late and he calls you someone else's name so he texts someone else 's phone number instead of yours. I can understand being late but when you are late and stupid I can't work with that. If you can't even get the initial meeting straight, how can I trust you to fix my door correctly?

Martin Garage doors installed a great Merantec Garage Door Opener last year in the home we live in. We had a problem this weekend with the transmitter. I called and someone answered and had someone call me in 10 minutes. He came out the next day and replaced a part and didn't charge. Very thankful for great and friendly service. Highly recommend Martin Garage Doors.

This has to be the most professional garage door crew I have seen yet so far. Ryan came to my house and within minutes he came up with a solution to my garage door problems. Let's just say my garage door had some uneven serious problems that I originally caused by trying to do it myself this is definitely a job for the professionals. Something that took me all day to do when I didn't know what I was doing took him literally 20 minutes.
The first time around I invited another company over to my house and let's just say it took them a few trial and errors to understand that the wrong Springs were set in place. The communication was there a hundred percent and I felt like I was learning about the job.

This company's driver almost ran me over as a pedestrian for failing to stop at a red light/ stop light. He was still running the car and continued to roll even as I was crossing the street. If I did not stop walking, he would have hit me for failure to be attentive on the road and for being in a rush. It's 9 pm and he was driving the company car. It really reflects poorly on this company to have employee behavior like this.
