The receptionist or saleswoman who answered the phone was the nicest and most cheerful person I've ever been on a sales call with in the last 10 years. The company is very responsive and very helpful, we've only had to do a follow up twice in the past 8 years we've used them. We had an issue recently and they scheduled us the same day that we called them! Excellent service!

I've been a customer for many years. The company was recommended by a friend and the Tempco people have always been friendly. I was always happy with the service and didn't experience any bug issues however in the past six months I've had to call back because the ants were all over my front entrance, under the garage door and mostly around my pool.

I always have to request that they do a spider web wipe down since it was never done automatically. I pay $65 for two months. They sprayed on 3/28 and this week the ants are over running my pool deck. I called today and they did not offer to re-spray. The woman didn't mind that I was unhappy and told her I was going to call another company. So much for being loyal to a customer.

Excellent customer service and noticeable results. I use them for quarterly service at my home.

Tempco Pest Control aren't only my pest control providers, they are my friends. With so many big bug companies around, it's nice to know that when it comes to pests, I can count on a local company that's family-owned and operated to be sure my pest problem becomes their pest problem. which means it stops being a problem. They are professional, on-time, reliable and all around great people to work with. I use them for indoor pests, lawn care and they handled my attic restoration. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had them come spray our house about a week ago and it has been nonstop with the pests. We have seen more spiders now( granted the guy said it wasn't directly for spiders ) but it can't just be a coincidence. We have noticed multiple flies trying to get in our home, we have killed over 50 now just inside the house. We have another wasps nest being built at the base of our roof where it meets the walls( outside ), and beetles are just hanging out outside the windows and doors.

I called back to try and see if there is a resolution and was given a sales pitch as to how expensive and well there products Are which ended the conversation from my end. Whatever they did/ Do, doesn't work I would not spend your hard earned money with these services, choose ANY other place.

We were hearing noises in the attic and called our Association Manager and she called in your company, Tempco, to respond to our problems. Your technician came on time each and every time scheduled and very professionally eliminated the problem. He was genuinely concerned with doing the best job for us. There was never any mess or fuss. He was very courteous and efficient. We were very happy that we had a good experience with a negative issue because of your technician and team. Thanks Tempco.

We use Tempco for all of our pest issues. We have been using them for over 10 years, we moved from a different area and made sure we could still be their client. They are so responsive and knowledgeable, they treat you like you are a part of heir family! Don't go anywhere else, give them a call you won't regret it!

Tempco is always professional and dedicated to making sure there are no unwanted visitors in my house. After the initial treatment inside and outside, I rarely see any critters. But if I do, they are usually dead. Tempco insists that you call them right away if you see any that are still alive and they come right out. My husband is an environmentalist and insisted on environmentally-friendly services which Tempco provides. Their products are safe for the environment, pets and children. Highly recommended.

I've been using Tempco since I bought my house a couple of years ago. There were ants in the house when I bought it and they came out quickly, treated the house, and the ants disappeared in a few days. Since then they've sprayed the exterior of my house every other month and I've had more ants one time and no other bug problems. They do a great job and their techs leave a note on my door every time they spray around my house. I'm very satisfied.

I have never felt more ripped off than my experience with Tempco. They did the fertilizing/weed control at our new home for over five years and failed to tell me us our backyard was full of what they call crabgrass here in Florida. The rep, JD said it was clearly stated in their contract that they did not treat crabgrass--REALLY!. How can a homeowner who relies on a well know company understand what is not covered and the likelihood it could be a problem.

Now my back yard is a complete mess-from new sod five years ago to crabgrass infested. Thanks for nothing Tempco. Plus our bougainvillea never did well and looked like they were near dead. The new fertilizer company simply fertilized them properly and now they look beautiful two months later. We now use Pride Pest Control and they are great.

Highly recommend from a co-worker so I said let me give them a shot. Great company and the technician explained everything to us. We haven't had issues with pest control since. Also reasonably priced. All around good company and professional.

Have used Tempco for several years. Reliable service at competitive pricing. Lawn looks great. Had a couple of extra calls for indoor spray over the years - company responded as quickly as possible at no additional cost. Employees are super professional.

They give great customer service. Always on time and conscience of all our animals. If we dunno see a random bug between scheduled service you can call and they come. They decided my mom's house for the last 9 years and she loved them. She just recently passed away so I had to call and cancel them, but if I still loved in town i would use them.

We retired to Florida last July and I hired Tempco pest control to provide lawn, shrub and tree protection and fertilization. I told the technician that I knew nothing about palm trees and was relying on them to take whatever measures necessary to keep my beautiful Majestic Date Palm trees healthy. The technician assured me that they would be expertly cared for.

I began to worry about my trees as early as last January and even went as far as calling a tree company to come evaluate my palms. When I called Tempco to make sure there would not be an overlap in coverage, they assured me that the palms were getting everything they needed. In May of this year. I noticed one of the Date palms was rapidly browning so I called Tempco.

They did treat the tree with Magnesium but since that time the crown of that tree and now all five of the others are exhibiting crown death. My tree trimmer retrieved some of the dead crown fronds from one of the palms and told me it looked like possibly palm weevil or some other boring type of pest. I am now faced with possibly loosing all five of these magnificent palms and this is going to dramatically alter the landscape in my yard not to mention putting a huge hole in my pocketbook. Tempco was very responsive whenever I called and were quick to send the technicians out but I feel like they misrepresented themselves in terms of what they could handle in regards to non native palm trees.

Also they have never been able to get control of the whitefly and chili thrip infestations on my ficus hedge. I feel like they are using inferior products to treat these pests.

Great people, family oriented, phenomenal customer service. If you see a bad review for these guys, it's usually because the former customer continually took advantage of their kindness.

Tempco Pest Control has been handling our pest control spraying and management for more than 5 years, and this year took over our lawn spraying. As always, Gary Sawyer and his team keep our home free of unwanted guests of a critter nature, and now our lawn is greener and more lush than it has ever been.
