I met Mike Jensen through joining The University Club of Orlando. Since then I've had three homes. Each needed some work here and there. A second floor with old carpet:Pulled out and replaced with a laminate floor that matched the solid wood floors on the first level. New countertops, new fixtures, custom cabinets - I've seen him do it all.
I had damage to one of my wood floors from the previous owner that needed a repair. Made it look like new. Scratched floors - gone. Entertainment centers, bathroom fixtures, tile - the works! Mike and the team at Jensen Interiors do excellent work. On time and on budget; with no evidence left behind that they were ever there. Thanks Mike!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I felt very, very, very dissatisfied with the workmanship. I also felt very, very, very dissatisfied with the professionalism. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Mike Jensen directly, he responded by insulting me and using four letter words. Jensen installed granite countertops in multiple rooms in my home. See his reviews on Yelp and BBB as well.

NOT RECOMMENDED - I felt dissatisfied with their workmanship, and I felt dissatisfied with their customer service. I previously posted a short paragraph with photos of their work here. Then Mike Jensen threatened legal action against me and my contractor. Then Mike Jensen also spoke to me on the phone with foul language describing my dissatisfaction. That is why I replaced my previous review with this one. Please see BBB and Yelp reviews also.

Ok. We used Jensen Interiors again today. As mentioned, we have used them at our home and two of our businesses. Today we called them out to do some work at our third business location. Mike Jensen met my husband at noon to see if they could do the job because another company already said they couldn't or wouldn't. Within an hour, not only did they say they could do the job, they had a crew on the way.
By 3:00, the job was completely done and they only charged us about $250. The job was cutting out a large section of granite counter and cabinets to make way for a dipping cabinet at our ice cream store. Over our 10 years of doing business with Jensen Interiors, we have never had an issue and they have always been courteous and reasonable.

UPDATE: I decided to update this review since my husband notified me about Mr. Mike ( I guess he's the owner) calling him asking if I can take the review down and exchange it for a good one. First of all Mr. Mike the purpose of the review is to let others know our experience with your company witch was very unsatisfactory, service was poor and didn't achieve our expectations. Secondly you expressed that pictures taken was before repairs, repairs made due to your employees mistakes and repairs that you try to charge extra, and since you said that this picture are not the final work I took the time to upload more pics of the job your company delivered.
This will be my final review and I hope you make adjustments and provide the proper training to your employees for futures jobs. Please don't contact my husband asking us to delete this or change it for a good review, better your company and you will earn a good review without harassing clients.

Worst company ever! Don't waist ur time and money with this company, they never consistent with employees, u will have different people working on one thing witch won't come out looking good, they will take forever and by the end they will try to charge u for their mistakes! All counters are pressboard witch it's start chipping right away. Overall the worst company! Stay away!
