I had made an appointment for 7:30 am with this company for after I got home from work. I had told them I worked night shift and they said they could make me their first appointment so I could go to sleep after. I agreed. So after work, I waited and no one showed up. I contacted them around 8:30 to see when they would be getting here. They responded saying they were having "vehicle troubles" and that they could come later in the day.

They asked when I would wake up so that they could come to my house and I told them 3 pm. They said just to shoot them a text when I wake up and they'll head towards me, which I thought was very nice of them. I contacted them when I woke up that afternoon and they never responded and never showed up. I never write reviews, but this was very disappointing and a big waste of time. Do not recommend.

Mike is amazing! OMG, came in contact with him through a friend who referred me to him and spoke very highly of his professionalism and ability to quickly and efficiently solve electrical problems. On the weekend, you went out to our house, diagnosed and fixed the problem and restored our power before the food in the freezer had a chance to thaw.
