TLC was founded by Trent Brown, in the late of winter of 2014. Before the establishment, Trent's passion of lawn care started many years earlier. The summer of 1995 in Kennewick, Trent was just over four years old he found a passion that would stay with him forever. His grandpa, Conward Farris, had a Toro riding mower where Trent sat on his lap while they mowed they mowed his lawn.Since the riding mower couldn't reach all the hard-to-reach areas, Conward let Trent push mow all the small areas where the rider couldn't cut. By the end of the summer Trent graduated to the ride-on Toro. From that point on Trent would mow his families, friends, and neighbors lawns.

Shrubs, hedges, ground cover, and ornamental trees will be pruned, trimmed, or sheared depending on each plant. Typically shrubs and hedges are trimmed after spring growth and again after fall growth. We keep landscape ornamental's well maintained to improve aesthetics, health and have loser chances of getting diseases.
Irrigation

Irrigation Start-ups - Water is turned on and making sure each zone is getting adequate coverage. Timer is checked to insure proper reading. Filter and heads will be cleaned free of debris if needed. Maintenance - monthly, bi-monthly, or a custom schedule will be checked to broker timers, valves, solenoids, heads, broken pipes, nozzles, and emitters.

I am the treasurer for an HOA and hate having to deal with the piece of land that is attached to the neighborhood monument. I have worked with 5 different landscaping services over the past 3 years and Trent is the only one who, not only keeps his word and schedule, but goes above and beyond to see to the needs I did not even realize we had. All of this at a very fair price. I highly recommend his services to whoever may need them.

Trent did a sterling job of trimming all my shrubs, flowers and tree. Also cleaned up all the leaves and debris from the yard, including the landscaped areas in the front and back. Mowed the grass as a final touch to capture the remaining debris. Plan on using Trent and TLC Landscaping when future jobs are defined.

We've used TLC Landscape to maintain our lawn since July of 2017. We are very happy with their service and have only positive things to say about them. Trent and his team are dependable (came as scheduled every week during the summer). Trent is very responsive with questions or concerns. We feel our lawn looked even better then when we moved here with help from TLC Landscape.

Great customer service! Our yard is pretty small so we were given a custom quote/plan rather than falling into a one-size-fits-all service. All I have to do is send a text and Trent @ TLC Landscape is always quick to respond to me with any questions I have. TLC takes good care of us, not much more we could ask for from a landscaping company.
