They frequently went the extra mile to ensure the job was done well and that we were satisfied. They spent extra effort working with another subcontractor to ensure the work was well coordinated and done right. Jeff is clear and transparent in his scoping and pricing of his work upfront and his crew were professional and considerate. And the end result looks great. Very happy we chose Premo Roofing.

The whole process with Premo was enjoyable. They are professional and courteous throughout their organization. They installed a clay tile roof on my house and they were hands-on throughout the process. Proactively getting an engineer's report, obtaining the permit, and flexibly working with my other remodeling contractor's schedules. Their install team was on-time, friendly and professional-cleaning up at the end of each day before they left.

Not impressed, made an appointment over the phone and explained what I have, dry rot at one area, , some roofing / flashing work and close and add 3 skylights outside my home on the extended eve sections, outside the house. the salesman said we need a general contractor for one dry rot section and they'd rather not do it. the 4 other roofers I had come out had no issues with what needs to be done, no general needed. And I thought PREMO did it all.

We interviewed about 5 companies, Premo was not the cheapest, and it was not the most expensive, but what made the difference, was that they were very responsive. They actually walked me around their building to show me the materials, flashing, various materials and I could see for my self, what it was going to look and feel like. They were the very thing we call professionally courteous, and worked the job into our schedule even when it meant they had to double up on workers. We were wonderfully in awe at the time they completed everything in, the quality of their work. Give them a call, you will not regret it.

I have dealt with Premo twice, and both times they went above and beyond, voluntarily doing what we obviously needed. The workmen are friendly, smart, and considerate, and the work was scheduled and performed as soon as they got the necessary government paperwork. They did a fine job of covering my solar panel supports, which had caused a leak, with a plastic/rubber composition with a ten-year guarantee. Five stars for sure.

It was such a pleasant experience working with Premo Roofing from the initial visit and bid from Jeremy Premo and the entire team managed by foreman Francisco who kept me constantly updated and listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Fernando was the lead on the gutter/downspouts fabrication and installation. His team were efficient and thorough.

The driveway & plants were covered during demo and swept and blown each evening, thus nothing was damaged or lost. The job site was always clean. Jeremy and the company dealt with the city permitting and inspection process. Of three bids they were the most easy to read in very succinct language and it was also the most reasonable. The roof and gutters are beautiful and the compliments pour in daily.

I chose Certainteed Presidential TL lifetime asphalt shingle roof in Shadow Gray and Linen colored gutters /downspouts and it's a handsome combination on my home. What a satisfying experience, working with them. Anyone choosing Premo Roofing will be in good hands. Linda

Start to finish a smooth transaction. Jeremy the estimator was thorough and responsive. They pulled the permits and did all the back end work. He brought by samples of different colored shingle sets. The crew started on a Tuesday and ended the following Monday. It was a full shake roof tear off converted to comp shingles. We had skip sheathing without a plywood deck.

We knew that going in, but it was impressive to watch how they tackled it. The front of the old roofline didn't match up with the back. They improvised and ripped 2x4's to make it transition smooth (pic attached). This was unforeseen, but they handled it well. After tear off, they found some rot areas and addressed them. The crew cleaned up daily at the end of the shift and left the area cleaner than when they came.

They were clearly experienced and knew their way around my situation. The foreman was easy to talk to and walked me through the work daily. They tarped the roof thoroughly for the first few days after the tear-off while the attic was exposed. We have tons of squirrels, rats, and raccoons in the area, so I was appreciative of that. I had 4 quotes in total. Premo was in the middle of the pack in terms of pricing. The contract price and end price were very close. Hopefully, I won't need another roof for 40 years, but I'd use Premo again. Thanks!

Job completed and on deadline. Copper roof cap dented and trim paint mismatched, as well as trimmed tree branch left hung over fence. All minor items we can live with. Generally a good job except for the minor details mentioned. Pleasant workers.
