When I placed the call into faithful someone was out in 30 minutes or less to see the water damage in our basement. Once we did some paperwork an entire team came out. They boxed everything up, labeled it, moved things, and removed the water from our basement. The mitigation crew, front office, and insurance side was super easy to work with and always took my calls or returned them! We just had some communication issues with the rebuild side of things. But overall everything went well!

We brought in Faithful Disaster Restoration to our cabin after we were completely surrounded by fire this last summer. At first we were hesitant to have them clean smoke damage from great grandmas antique dishes but after they demonstrated how professional and caring they were with our personal items my wife finally asked them to clean our treasures!
The crew was friendly, very thorough, and professional. They were very responsive to our requests and repeatedly showed that they worked for us. They even did a nice job on our Native Art and Tanned animal furs. On a side note they were great with our kids! Their crew even went into all the hard to get to places in our custom cabin. We are now looking at having them come into another property to handle some mold issues. They are worthy of your serious consideration to help you in your time if need! Zak Barnes, Peyton, Steve & Heather were the professionals who took care of the water damage when a toilet tank overflowed. They were the very best people I have had to provide services of this kind. I am 91 years old and a curmudgeon to boot. These folks offered kindness, understanding, prompt and responsible services, as well as continuing communication throughout.

Due to a dishwasher leaking, we had significant water damage and mold. The Project Manager's response to our inquiry was prompt and reassuring! Every step of the process was explained to us, and their communication with us was exceptional! They were always on time and we're very efficient getting the work completed! We hope we don't have need for a Disaster and Restoration Company again, but if we do Faithfully Disaster and Restoration will be our first call! We highly recommend this company! The waterline in my refrigerator leaked and damaged the floor in the kitchen. The plumber suggested to me to call Faithful for help in remediation. They arrived promptly and soon discovered that the water leak had also damaged the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom. They immediately set to drying the floor and ceiling. They handled all the necessary work with the insurance company--it was seamless and gave me one less thing to worry about. No one ever wants to need the services of a disaster restoration company; but if you do, you can depend on Faithful to handle your project efficiently and professionally.

I had a major water leak at my office, found it at 6am, they were on site cleaning it up and removing flooring by 7am. They had plenty of dryers and equipment to get the job done quickly and professionally. We had a flood in our kitchen that went to our basement. We found it after we got home from work and called Faithful around 7pm. They had guys here in about 20 minutes to start the cleanup. They had the water gone and the fans going that night and were back the next day to start the tear out process. I didn't like their text response system they have that much. But, besides that it was a great experience.

We had a hot water safety tank rupture and do extensive water damage to several rooms. They were fast to show up and remove damaged areas and dry out everything. Totally professional, quick to respond, and trustworthy. Contractors were friendly and personable. We found mold on the wall outside my parents basement bathroom. They were recommended to us by a friend. We would absolutely use them again (although, we hope we don't have to!). They did everything, from mold removal to the painting, plumbing and finishing work.
The total job from the time they gave us an estimate to finish was about 8 weeks, which seemed long, but, all things considered, I don't know how they could have gone faster. We didn't get pictures of the start of the project but these are the finished bathroom and wall that they replaced and remodeled.

Faithful Disaster and Restoration was an excellent business to work with. They worked with our insurance company to ensure that the whole claim was covered. Even though the insurance company took quite some time to approve the claim, Nick and his crew made sure we were taken care of through the process. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Nick and his staff at Faithful Disaster Restoration are extremely responsive and professional. We had a water pipe break in our home in January 2019 and Nick handled the emergency very quickly and put my mind at ease knowing the issue was taken care of. I used Faithful Disaster Restoration for a water related claim that caused extreme damage in my basement. I selected this company on a recommendation from a friend, I could not have made a better choice. The work was completed very fast, lot of attention paid to detail, the entire job was excellent. They made the whole event a lot easier to deal with, I can not say enough about the quality of their work and the concern to make sure everything was done the right way. I hope that I never have a problem like this again, but if it happens I know who to call.

In early November 2015 I discovered a leak in my basement. The wall paneling was warped, wet & moldy. The carpet was wet & moldy also. I called a plumber & they sent someone over right away. After checking the damage & not being able to determine where the leak was coming from he said I will call Faithful Disaster & Restoration.

We had an unsuspecting leak that had been smoldering for years leaving mold and rot and resulting in a damaged shower subfloor and kitchen ceiling. Faithful cleaning and restoration came to the rescue with a prompt inspection and bid and helped communicate the findings with our insurance company to cover the claim.
