Excellent price Excellent service and product! From start to finish, Steve was very accommodating to what I wanted for my side gate and he delivered. Before I decided on Strickly Iron, I had searched the internet getting estimates to replace my side gate and most of these businesses all seemed like their main goal was to try to charge me as much as they could for the least amount of product.

Then when I met with Steve, what a difference. No high pressure sales tactics but just an honest and fair estimate for what I wanted so I hired him on the spot! Everything about Steve was very professional including the contract he presented me with. He was also responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process and in the end he delivered a great product that he promised. What more can you ask for? Even his crew was so nice and efficient. I highly recommend Strickly Iron!

Steve was a referral. I contacted him on February 4, 2021 about installing a new gate and fixing our old gate to meet pool code. I'm currently building a pool. Feb 5th, I submitted pictures of the existing gate and where I needed the new gate installed per his request. On Feb 9, 2021. I told him the schedule of the pool process and needed the gates tentatively installed within the first two weeks of March.

He understood that. March 4th, I contacted him, to see if he's still available to do the gates. He said yes. Friday, March 5th, he told me he would come measure. Never showed. I reached out to him that evening and to see if he was able to get the measurements. He told me he would install next week and scheduled it for Thursday, March 11th. He came over on March 10th for measurements.

When we met, we agreed on Thursday, March 18th for installation. I just contacted him, Wednesday, March 17,2021 to confirm and was told he couldn't do it now until next week. Well, that doesn't work, since pre-Pool inspection is scheduled for Friday, March 19th. He claimed he doesn't remember what we agreed on in person. I have other subcontractors scheduled and lined up.

I can't have water in my pool and not have gates up. Total liability and safety issue! At this point, I'm pretty upset after him telling me he doesn't remember. I told him to refer back to our previous conversations via texts. Ended the texted with Good Luck with your business! That didn't sit well with him and he response was " Oh ok the gates ready and could've possibly got it Friday but you want to put it like that then good luck to you finding someone else" How do you tell a customer, you could do the job this entire time but then can't at the last minute?

He knew my schedule, he knew my deadline, he was the one that scheduled the installation. He seemed like a very nice guy when we met. Now I feel like I dealt with Jekyll and Hyde. I'm also with in the construction industry, I know how hectic it can get and this is not how a business should be ran. If you can't remember what you schedule, write it down. We all have cell phones, calendar it.

Please be aware when working with Steve. We asked for custom fencing which is what Strictly Iron supposedly specializes in, this is false. We asked for a simple circle in the fencing and were open to discussion on sizes and design but after weeks of chasing Steve for answers he wrote a text message to us (not even a phone call like a decent business man) advising us he didn't want the job.

We didn't have a problem that he didn't want the job just wish he advised us of this sooner since he obviously knew this from the beginning. Multiple other issues came up and from these interactions be aware you are NOT getting custom work, you will not receive honesty throughout the process, and you'll be working with a very unprofessional business who in my opinion is a sad excuse for what Vegas has to offer. This company is not knowledgeable, reliable or professional

I contacted Strictly Iron and spoke directly to Steve in regards to fixing my side yard gate. After sending him a video of what was wrong, he told me it was an easy fix and came out the next day and got it fixed for me. He also gave me some quotes on a new gate in the future. He was very professional and kind. I definitely will be using Strictly Iron for any future projects.

We love the new iron gate that Strictly Iron made for us. Steven was professional, friendly, and attentive to my request for a new iron gate design for our front gate. They gave us a great quote with a drawing and delivered as promised. We would hire them again if we needed any other iron work. The guys who came to install the gate were also very professional and friendly.

They made sure they did an excellent job. I had two other companies give quotes and designs, but they were very stiff and a bit too sales oriented. Steve was genuine and I liked his approach. It wasn't a hard sell. The product was excellent.

Wednesday and no call or anything from Strickly Iron, if this company hasn't got the courtesy to at least call me back, how may other potential clients have they stiffed by not returning calls, !

Exceptional service! I had no intentions on putting bars on my windows/door of the condo I just bought until someone tried to kick my door down at 3:30AM while I was sleeping alone! That morning, I called multiple companies. all were decent quotes, but Steve was the one who assured me he could get it done within THAT week, which was most important to me. and allowed me a discount for paying cash, so that made it only $25 more than my lowest quote from another company. well worth not waiting weeks.

I chose the simplest/cheapest style (see photos). his workers did an excellent job the day of installation. super friendly, showed me how to work the ER bedroom window, and were quick! It looks great. well, not that bars on windows look good, but living close to the strip in Vegas, I guess it's needed. so, for what it is, it looks great. especially compared to some of the cheesy looking ones my neighbors have. lol.

Most importantly, I'm super relaxed in my home now and slept soooo peacefully last night. no more jumping at every noise outside, because I know there's no way anyone is getting in. I'd definitely recommend this company to others!

So glad I found this company via Yelp and Home Advisor for our entry gate. Even though it doesn't have many reviews compare to some other companies, but the reviews were solid good so I took the chance and called them. The owner, Steve, came out (very fast, literally 30 mins after I called) to give an estimate. And I've already had 5 other companies came out for estimates, so I had a pretty good idea what people are charging or how they communicate. Steve, by far, was the most personable and professional guy.

He bought a photo book to show me samples they've done after asking what I had in mind. I know, old fashioned, photo book, right? But it's great. You just want to browse through some pictures easily, quickly and identify what you like and don't like and the photo album was the best way to do it. The other 5 companies didn't even have anything to show, they either tell you to go to their websites or try to find pictures through their cell phones, with the small phone screen glaring being out in the sun and slow loading images.etc, it's a bit frustrating.

A neighbor has a gate we kind of like, so we've been using that picture as a guideline for bids with all the companies. Steve's bid was THE LOWEST of all, by over $1,500 with one of the big companies, no kidding. Not only he gave the lowest bids, the time frame was also one of the fastest. What truly won me over was he suggested to make some changes here and there, so we could have a custom made, unique to us entry gate instead of a copy of what 2 neighbors have already.

I found it to be refreshing and so true. But other companies didn't even bother to want to show you anything else, they were all happy that you find a picture to show them and they're just happy to make the same thing and give you a quote. No one suggested to make some changes to a basic design we've already like and make it uniquely ours.

Gate delivered and we were more than happy with the result. We were a little afraid the morning of the installation, afraid something's going to show up at our house and we wouldn't like it, but have to live with it since we can't return it or make changes then. But the product was better than we had imagined. All the details that Steve had suggested to change/add were perfect. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Steve and Strictly Iron.

This review is long overdue! Strictly Iron was totally amazing! I found them on Home Advisor in 1 day. He took measurements are in 10 days they were here will our door and window bars. The over and above service was that I was at the hospital with my sister and they showed up and called me to say they were at my house. I asked them if they could please start and I'll be right home because I was at the hospital.

When I got home they were almost finished! Keys, locks, and excellent craftsmanship! I told the owner about the home invasion and some of the prices we were quoted and he was so understanding and his prices were the best I found in Las Vegas!
