From the initial call through to final installation, Floor De Lis Flooring was excellent. The quality of the work and the constant communication was excellent. In the future, when I need more flooring work, I will give Floor De Lis Flooring call. This is definitely a company I would recommend to family and friends for any flooring needs.

I highly recommend Floor De Lis. Mark came over to give an estimate, was honest about what would be best for my budget and very kind. He helped me find my color choice and was thoughtful on what I needed based off my budget. The people who came to install were professional and fast- Raphael and Yasmin. One of my existing tiles was broken and the installer, Raphael even fixed it for me. Overall I am very happy and I highly recommend working with this local business.

Floor de Lis was a good company to work with. A friend of mine used them and referred them to me. A representative came to measure and give me an estimate the day I called. I went to the store that Saturday and picked out my flooring and had my floors installed the following week! The installers good polite and professional. And they cleaned up well after. I definitely recommend using them.

I googled a few flooring stores in the New Orleans area and got several estimates. I live out of town and have condo on Canal Street so I needed someone I could trust while I was out of town. I got a few estimates. Floor de Lis wasn't the cheapest but everyone was in the same ballpark. I felt more comfortable with them and after completing the project I definitely made the right choice.

They coordinated well with the building management and sent me updates. They re tiled my kitchen and bathrooms and new wood throughout. Everything looks great and I have referred them to my other neighbors in the building:

FDL Flooring was great to work with. Mark and company did an amazing job from start to finish. I had various floor types installed, heart of pine, tile, marble, carpet and all materials and work were perfections. Very professional to deal with.

I found nice vinyl flooring here and special ordered it. I got it in less than a week and picked up from their warehouse in Mid City. next to American Can company. Real easy to deal with and nice people.

Shocked by the negative reviews, as my flooring experience was quite positive. We walked in on a Saturday to browse luxury vinyl flooring options, and ended up leaving with a sample (exactly what we were looking for) and an appointment for measurements the following week. The measurements were quick and painless, and we received a quote within 24h.

Labor on the quote was a little more than I had anticipated, but the quality of installation was worth it. They managed to get all 4 bedrooms done in a day, 2 of which had some minimal furniture to move around, and all 4 had existing gross carpet to remove. The quoted price was identical to the completed invoice. Stellar job, and I would not hesitate to recommend this business!

Thank you Floor de Lis for doing a perfect job refinishing our hardwood. I was concerned because of the age of the wood but the repairs and new coat look amazing. Great work!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! This company is terrible. We paid over 6,000 dollars for them to destroy our floors over and over again. The worst company we have ever contracted to work on our home. We needed our floors redone and the first time they came in they did a terrible job and one of their workers had white paint on them that they sealed into the floors.

They obviously had to redo. The second time they did not tape our walls with painters tape and got stain all over our walls and our fireplace. We were unable to get off our fireplace but after my husband go extremely upset they sent someone to retouch the walls. Mind you we both works so evertime we have had to hire friends to be there while they fix their mistakes.

After the second time the floors started peeling and we were upset yet again. We contacted Fili and Mark the owner. They said they would send someone out to fix them at no cost since we are under warranty. Mark the owner is never around and constantly makes excuses for his company's shitty work. Yesterday they came in to fix the floors for now the third time.

The threw on some stain and left. They did not fix the floor, they did not use painters tape. My husband and I woke to more peeling of the floor and a poor job. The team was suppose to be here at 8 and it is 10 am and Fili the worker has not been able to get in touch with the owner or floor team. Yesterday was a waste and work has to be redone again today. Currently Fili is sitting in his truck trying to get ahold of someone. This is the worst company. NEVER NEVER WORK WITH THEM

Went to store and selected a carpet and was quoted price. Then was told it was more than he thought, then came and measured-much more than original. OK- I went ahead with purchase. Sent one installer who could not finish when he should have. Installer was very nice and did good job BUT should have sent two men, not one. Job took two days instead of one with a charge more than quote. Told them I was not paying more than quote-company agreed to original.

End result- Carpet and installation fine BUT did not like trying to increase charge. Probably would not use them again. Walls scuffed, small ding in furniture which I did not make an issue of because installer would have been fired if I complained. Felt sorry for him working alone and managing furniture solo. Go to Home Depot or department store, not little store where there is too much hassle.

Set a delivery date, at the last minute they wanted to change it. I had to beg to convince them to install carpet on the scheduled delivery date. They arrived, did not have the correct amount of carpet, they left, deciding they couldn't' complete the job which would have left us unable to use our master bedroom, but they then decided to come back and install the carpet that they did have (thank god).

It then took another two weeks before they came back to finish the job. They gave no explanation, no apology, no discount, what they did give us was a LARGER bill. They called to collect the remaining balance and stated that the original quote was inaccurate and they forgot to charge for demo and haul away. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Buying a new home is an exciting and happy experience, decorating your new home should be a pleasure! Floordelis insured that it was a complicated uncomfortable nightmare!

We live in New Jersey. Seven years ago along with our son who's is a musician/audio engineer based in Nola purchased a condo! We have come to love Nola and have recently begun to do some redecorating! While he was gone for 2 weeks we had his bedroom painted, ordered carpet to go over a horrible floor and had new furniture delivered. His request was black carpet like we have in NJ!

Very satisfied. Would definitely use them again. Floor de Lis just installed carpet into my house. I got the new Shaw Caress carpet which is really plush and soft. I love it! The installers were very polite and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I was late meeting them at the house and they patiently waited about 15 minutes for me.

I'm an installer and get all my materials from Floor de Lis. They're warehouse in Mid City is easy for me to get to and close to all the jobs I work on. They have everything I am looking for and if they don't, they can find it. I've been using them for a few years now and really like their service.
