Imperial came out today to make us a key for our Mazda as we lost ours. Very friendly, professional and super fast! Showed me how everything worked. We ended up finding our key right before they came, but now we have a 2nd for a great deal!

This locksmith is the best! Prompt service--communicative and went above and beyond. My car had died and my keyfob couldn't unlock it. They came to my hotel and quickly unlocked my car. THEN he jumped my car and made sure that our car should be good to go for the rest of our trip. Really appreciated meeting such a kind, thoughtful and helpful person along our trip. It saved our day. My son lost his car key and after searching the house for hours, I decided to call a locksmith to get an estimate in case we could not find the key after more searching. She asked my address and a couple of questions about the car, then gave me an estimate of $165. Note the foreshadowing- I gave her my address, which is in Theodore. Then she gave me the estimate. Ok, back to the story.

When I called back later in the day to schedule an appointment, she told me there was an extra fee for coming to Theodore. I live at the same address I did 8 hours ago. She seemed like she was pleased when I told her I'd use another locksmith if they didn't honor their estimate. I guess they don't need our business. Imperial Locksmith. They would rather you not call back cuz they'll find a way to charge extra if you do.

We got locked out by my niece when our car broke down and they got here within 10 minutes, and only took a few minutes to unlock the car, the man was very nice.

Imperial came within 20 minutes and I was back inside!! Great employees would recommend them to anyone!

We lost our storage key so we had to get a locksmith. The lady I talked to was nice and informative. The technician she sent us was there on time. He was friendly and knowledgable. The only downside I had was he wasn't wearing a mask. I know that some people don't really care about COVID now but I think business owners should still impose safety precautions.

I called imperial locksmith after I found them on google and a woman picked up. She was very courteous and dispatched a person to come unlock our car door. (My mother in law left her car keys accidentally in the car.) the car locksmith came and it only took them about 15 minutes to come. Took 2 minutes to unlock and they quoted us $65. Not bad! Highly recommend calling them if you need anything unlocked!

Dewayne is amazing! My first visit to Mobile, AL and I lost my car keys. (Got to love Mardi Gras lol) Dewayne was so pleasant. Got locked out of my car at a gas station today. Dewayne came to get me in my car. I was crying and shaking and he asked me if I was having a bad day. Through tears I told him my mom recently died, my dad was recovering from a major stroke, and I was having foot surgery soon. He got me in my car and then asked me if he could pray for me. Of course I said.

So he prayed and then told me he was not charging me anything for getting me in my car. More tears. Then the lady from store told me the man that called locksmith for me had put ten bucks on his card for me to get gas because my car was running. I had just filled up. Told dewayne he could get the gas. He did and insisted on me taking the ten bucks from him.

My tears began from all my stress and ended up happy tears. He was such a kind compassionate person and I will NEVER forget what he did for me today. I feel so blessed. GOD is so good.

I’d definitely recommend Imperial Locksmith. They were super friendly and fast. I had lost my car key outside and so I needed it replaced. They gave me a price that was $100 cheaper than the first local Locksmith that I called!

Had my wife call around about getting a lost key made for my truck she called pop a lock and they told her it would be nearly 260 dollars so she called around and foumd the best deal with these guys we set an appoimtment for Saturday so i could be off and Roger showed up he was very polite and with in 30mins or so he was able make a keybfornmy truck and he checked to make sure the key worked all the way around i am very pleased with this company, Roger, and the service we where giving thanks guys

If you ever get locked out of your car in Mobile, Imperial Locksmith is as good as it gets. They said they would be there in 45 minutes, and in 45 minutes, they were there. They said the guy who was coming would call me, and he did. 4 hours earlier, I had called another locksmith who was going to be there in 10 to 20 minutes, and that the guy would call me and they never called and never came. Chris, from Imperial, told me I should not give them the scathing review that I was going to give them. So out of respect for Chris, I won't mention their name. Imperial is the best!

Technician was awesome very nice guy told me if i find my key he come reprogram it so it will work again found my key now they telling me 55$ fee to come out when i was told it was free now my automatic start will not work on my truck anymore when it was working fine before i lost my keys now they aint trying to resolve my automatic start problem so i paid 130$ for a key to get made from imperial and therefore lost my automatic start 500$ i wouldnt recommend nobody deal with these people BAD SERVICE so now i gotta go pay somebody else to fix my problem that imperial started

This company is absolutely AMAZING!! I was locked out of my car, and my son and dog were locked in the car. They got someone out within 15 minutes and I was way out in Irvington! I was a basket case and thankfully they were VERY quick arriving and getting the car unlocked! The car also had NO damage whatsoever! Him and his wife were amazing people and so kind. Thank you so much for making a horrible situation go smoothly and quickly! I will ALWAYS recommend them and no one else! Again, thank you so very much!!!

These people do not stand by their work. Did not key the new key correctly and then refused to help when it didn't work because they didn't supply the key. Stay far away!

Hands down, AMAZING professional experience! After reading the reviews on the competitor (PAL) and its negative comments, I was happy I found Imperial. Just purchased a home in AL. I just so happened to see the Imperial van leaving my neighborhood and instantly called the number on the van. I was scheduled for the next day with no problem. Dwayne the locksmith called and was able to actually meet me earlier than than the scheduled time, which I appreciated.

It took him around 45 mins to rekey 6 locks. He was consistent, accurate, making sure ALL keys worked properly before leaving property. Dwayne was also very friendly and funny! He really helped ease any anxiety and answered any questions I had. As a military family, its always an honor to support LOCAL and its even better when they exceed your expectations. Recently had a problem with my apartment. Someone had spare keys! They where taking stuff when we were not home! Oh no right? So, Called up Imperial Locksmith and Rob came out the same day. The experience was great. He was fast at responding and the price was great! No more entry to our apartment since the locks have been changed and Could not have been anymore elated with the work that was provided too me.

We recently moved to Mobile and purchased a home. I wanted to get the locks and keypad codes changed ASAP. Joseph from Imperial Locksmith answered my call. He was on time, nice and did a great job. He presented options for reducing the number of keys needed and reprogrammed all the key pads. He was at my house for a little over an hour, and I was very pleased with the low price.

I felt for the level of service I received it could have been more.happy it was not. I hope to not need a locksmith in the near future, but if I do, I will be calling Imperial and will request Joseph.
