Diversified came out and installed our fence just over a year ago. We were initially pleased with the work and my husband gave them a 5 star review. I have to say that the crew that did our fence installation was professional, they came on-time and the day they left we were extremely pleased with their work. Over the next few months, we noticed a corner post starting to lean that connected to our double-hung gate.

We contacted Diversified, who sent our a gentleman to repair it. He initially gave me a hard time because he couldn't find proof it was a Diversified installed fence- he said he walked the entire fence and saw no sign, which was clearly on the outside of the fence in the back. After first installing a new sign on the front of the fence (to our HOA's disapproval!) He then told us the only way to fix it was to reset the corner post.

He did so, and then it left a fairly large, noticable gap between our two gate panels. My husband (who usually deals with the companies who do work on our home) was not home at the time, and I asked him about the gap because I was worried it was putting too much strain on the latch. He essentially balked at me questioning his handiwork, and told me it was "within normal limits" and I was worrying for nothing and he would come back another day to put a strip of wood there to make it "look better to please me".

He never did come back, and I felt embarrassed to call again because he made me feel small for questioning his work. Now, less than a year after his "repair" from resetting the fence post, and our entire double hung gate may need replacing- one panel does for certain, and we may need to reset the entire corner he already "fixed". After contacting Diversified, they continued to claim his work is fine and within normal limits and we are only complaining about a cosmetic strip that he never came back to install, but as the fence has been installed just over a year, it is out of warranty and now we need to pay for what he didn't do last time.

After contacting other reputable fencing companies for quotes, all have stated the gap he left was structurally unsound and the gate was going to fail because it was too far apart- and moving the hardware did not fix it at all. So I was correct in questioning it, but because he embarrassed me when I questioned it, I gave them the benefit of the doubt- wrongly. So, we are now paying to repair the gate Diversified both installed and "repaired", less than a year after their gentleman "repaired" it, and we found out he had lied to me about it being "within normal limits".

I cannot recommend them because of the follow up experience. Initially we thought the work was fantastic! But the follow up has been horrible, and there is no way a gate that is barely a year old should be at this point of failure.

It took several weeks for the materials to come in, which is the way of the world nowadays. But once our turn came up, Diversified sent a team of three to install our black chain link fence. It's a beauty! We have a hilly yard that is a bit challenging to traverse, but these guys were fast and efficient. I thought the job may take a couple of days due to our multiple septic lines necessitating manual digging for two-thirds of the installation, but they started around 7:30 a.m. and were done by 2:00 p.m.

My husband only spoke with the foreman, but he was pleasant and so was Christy in the office. She answered all our questions beforehand and was extremely helpful in ensuring a smooth project and positive experience.

Diversified Fence can't be matched for quality materials and professionalism from beginning to end. I had planned to buy locks for my gates. Imagine my surprise and delight to find they are pre- installed with lock and key and the gates close on their own! These types of details are included - not extras. My fence looks great and I couldn't be happier. This is a company that believes in doing first rate work because it's the right thing to do.

So this is the second time I have used Diversified fence. The first time I had some custom things I wanted completed and they did it with easy. It was such a great experience I decide to use them for our new home. As no surprise, they were on time and are very Efficient and very respectful. They also worked with me for over a month trying to find a time that worked for both parties. As long I stay in this area I will never use another company for fence needs.

Diversified fence builders are a top notch business. From the on site quoting, customer service and install everything was done quickly and professionally. Looking around my neighborhood and seeing gaps in the bottom of the fence I take pride in what diversified has done in making sure my fence goes to the ground and making it flow with the land. I would use this company over and over and recommend to anyone. I have had lowes home depot and other varolious companies quote the same fence with terrible results. Outstanding job! I am super pleased with my new fence. I needed a special install to get my truck in and out of the back yard. Others that came and looked at it quoted twice the costs and made the estimate so complicated. Diversified Fence arrived and finished quickly. The communication from estimate to installation to follow up has been a flawless experience.

Awesome people to do business with. Within 2 days of calling to get initial information Tony came to our house to give us a quote. After agreeing to move forward the fence was installed 8 days later and installation was quick and easy. The guys who installed the fence were careful not to disturb the landscaping and after they finished made sure they had picked up any and all trash.I cannot recommend Diversified Fence Builders enough, they are great people who do a great job.

Okay it's been four months since installation. Being new to the area and living in a H.O.A. Neighborhood for the first time, we took a neighbors recommendation. I used a online price calculator and there pricing was more than fair. 400ft plus of fencing and three gates. The pictures say it all. We're Very Happy with the Outcome and the Total Process. Highly Recommend!

This has been a 2 year process with our fence project. Both times Jason was very professional and on the spot with his proposal, Linda was great to work with on our order with getting the product ordered and scheduling the install. I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful vinyl privacy fence that your men installed yesterday. It exceeded my expectations in so many ways. We contacted Diversified Fence after a referral from our builder to have an aluminum fence installed on our property. This was the third fence company we made contact with and the first to be punctual and eager to please.

After paying 3,800 for chain link fence this is what I'm left with. Terrible installation, fence gates that don't line up end post that are loose, dry packing end posts leaving cut pieces of chain link causing injury to animals in my care.
