We had our pool lights go out on us. My regular Pool Service tried to fix it, but made it even worse. So I asked Clear Expectations for help. Andres an Jeff immediately responded and installed new LED lights. A big job done extremely well. I highly recommend them for all your pool needs. I switched the weekly service to Clear Expectations now and I know that we are going to be in great hands. I am looking forward to a great relationship with this company for years to come. Had an issue with clogged pipes going from my jacuzzi. Reached out to Matt over yelp, and he responded within an hour stating that he could be out to take a look and provide a quote that day. Quote was fair and the work was completed within two days of me initially reaching out. Will definitely use going this company going forward. Thanks Matt!

Helping a neighbor with her pool, she just came home from surgery. Her last pool technician quit without notifying any customers. After 3 weeks the pool was in poor condition and not working properly. I contacted this company to come out and appraise the situation. The female scheduler assured me someone would be out Friday afternoon to evaluate. I was told they would contact me when they were on their way.

On Friday early afternoon I called again to confirm and the scheduler said Oh yes the technician would be there. I waited all day by the phone, no technician. I called at 5:40 p.m. and left a message of my dissatisfaction. I did receive a call back from Jeff? Asking me if I was a customer. I would be if someone had come out. He said he could possibly come out to evaluate but it would be useless as it would have been dark. Either the scheduler was in error or the technician that was supposed to come out doesn't care.

In addition to providing reliable weekly pool service, we had them replaster our pool and redo the tile. I can't say enough about how well the team performed on this project. From the start, Matt partnered with us to share information and help us make choices, and he always kept us informed on the status of the project. No overselling just honest input to help us redo our pool cost effectively with a great outcome.

The work was done on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. All with a friendly approach. And great communication. They did what they said they would do and provided a remarkable customer experience.

Called them for service on our swim spa and the service guy who was assigned to us was awesome. Quick service, competitive pricing.

I had electrical and plumbing issues on my older pool/spa/waterfall, and have had 2 other pool repair companies out that could not even diagnose the problem.let alone solve them. After googling and calling several others, I was having trouble finding a company that would come out for an electrical issue. Many didnt have office staff or return messages, and of the ones that did say they did pool repairs on their websites, they actually wouldnt unless they were doing a full remodel.

I finally looked on Jandy's website to find an authorized repair company and Clear Expectations was the only one that answered their phone. They were professional, listened to the issues, and set an appointment with me for between 7am-8am. Based on experience with others I have had, I expected a no-show or a call putting off the appointment. Instead, Matt showed up at 7:20am as promised.

He was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Witihn the hour he was there, he not only diagnosed the problems but he ALSO fixed a few of them right on the spot. He then stayed longer and answered multiple questions that didnt even benefit him. They didnt even charge me for the hour! I dont ever do Yelp reviews, but my experience with this company and with Matt in particular was so great, that I wanted to share this info and give them an excellent review.

They have very hardworking pool techs. I switched to this company after my previous company doesn't know that they are doing and cannot get rid of recurring yellow algae. These guys are the pool maintenance experts. Today, their pool tech was working and making my pool crystal clear amid a heavy rain and hail! Shout out to these guys!

Initially doing an ok job in themaintenanceofthepool. After some visits things started to break - the filter, the robot, the pump. Every time they claim they send technicians to check and make an assessment of the repairs needed. However, nobody actually shows up. They follow-up with a message stating that a full replacement is needed and then a quote. Initially, it was credible, but a couple of instances there were only lies: nobody showed up, there was no technician, no explanation of the repairs needed, etc. We have decided to cancel all services with them and will probably never go back. I would not recommend this company at all.

Can't say enough good things about Matt. He spent over an hour and a half at my house - 20-30 mins for the repair and the rest spent explaining to me about the spa and pool. Very nice guy! Hard to find companies that offer great service. I'm in real estate and will certainly be referring clients that I sell homes with pools/spas. Highly recommend!

No clear expectations. Met with Matt and his pitch sounded great. He gave me a quote and I asked for a rendering so I can see what the project would look like. I emailed him and texted him and he did not respond. I finally told him it was rude that he doesn't respond. He then responded and told me he would check on the rendering and again never responded after that. I was ready to give him my business but he clearly wasn't interested. Very disappointed. Steer clear unless you also want to get disappointed in none responsiveness.

Super impressed with this company. I have been using them for over a year now to service my pool and spa. In that time, the pool has been rock solid. I have not had any flare ups on algae, or chemical levels. It's been consistently clean and comfortable. Everyone employee I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and professional. The Tech who services our pool every week is really good. Shows up every week, same day, same time, without fail and is very thorough - no cutting corners. I've had a few things happen with my equipment and they have quickly fixed. This company really goes above and beyond so I highly recommend.

The repairs that we completed ended up needing work again on the pump we had thought was replaced just over a year after it was repaired.

I needed to replace a pool pump, a spa pump and a filter. At first Matt visited to give me a quote. He figured out the problem with my spa pump and fixed it in minutes. It was a power problem, the pump was OK and he did not even bill me for it. I had another company look at it before Clear Expectation but they just wanted to replace the good pump and it could cost me over a $1000.

Thank you Matt. Then the company sent Troy to replace the pool filter and pump. He was very nice, on time, very knowledgeable and surprisingly quick. Because I was not home at the time he was done, he even came back next week to give me a demo and ask if I have any questions. I was so impressed I even started to use their weekly pool service. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Clear Expectations to renovate our pool as part of an overall backyard project. Jessica and her teams were amazing! She had everything under control and running smoothly from start to finish - even when the yard and pool threw us some curve balls. They even finished on time! Very professional and knowledgable. The tile crew was meticulous with the details, in the way that makes the difference between a good job and a great one. Jessica also expertly handled coordinating the project with Western Outdoor Design & Build, making the entire process as smooth as it could be. We love the final results! We're now using Clear Expectations for our weekly maintenance and Ian keeps it sparkling and patiently answers my many questions each week.

Matt is great. Troy is great. Customer focused. My project required insurance approval - not an easy task! Lengthy process. Long wait calls. Too many questions to answer. Matt did not give up to obtain the final approval. Troy did a good job with the repairs. I will use them again.

We had clear expectations for our pool service for some time they were ok but then our pool pump went out they sent us a estimate to replace it and I called and asked them to Send a bill with a break down showing the labor charge and herd nothing then my wife called and asked to have a technician call her and again nothing then I called again then they sent the same bill again with no break down so we had someone install a new pump and motor they were $500.00 dollars cheaper works great and we are going with a new pool service.

Poor service from there office. Update one week after we canceled service with them the pool guy showed up to clean our pool we felt bad for him the company didn't even tell him we had canceled with them this is very poor service on the company's part.

We have found these guys reliable, reasonable, honest, & extremely helpful. It can get stressful managing the upkeep and maintenance of our pool, and these guys always do a great job with whatever issues seem to pop up at the worst of times. Thank you guys for the excellent service to date.

I have not work with Clear Expectations yet but used their knowledge to get more information on how to renovate/demolish a pool at a property I was looking to purchase. Within 10 minutes they had answered all my questions and even gave me an estimated cost for the services I was looking for -even without seen the property (keep in mind they will always have to walk through the property to give exact proposals for their services). Matt, the owner, was very helpful and made me understand that buying a different property my be more beneficial for me. It is great to know we have these awesome, helpful and efficient businesses in the community. Cheers!

I originally had hired them to re plaster my pool and spa with mini pebble. I still use them for current maintenance and cleaning. As a realtor and developer I had many options in selecting a pool contractor for my personal home. A friend recommended Matt with Clear Expectations and after interviewing him I knew I'd found the best there is! Matt was different than most in that he takes a hands-on approach to the project. Most pool companies have a sales rep meet to present a proposal and then you never see that person again.

I liked that the guy that was making the promises would be there on the job to be accountable. Matt did that from start to finish and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with some extras (gas line to a fire pit) thrown in rather than nickel and diming me. I'm a perfectionist and he never once complained about the little details I asked to be addressed. Matt happened to have the lowest price of the 4 other pool companies I met. We LOVE our pool and couldn't recommend Clear Expectations more!

I was assigned Clear Expectations by our warranty company because of problems with the filter pump and the check valve for the spa. I filed the claim Monday morning and received a call from Kendra that afternoon. She was very pleasant and scheduled their technician (Sean) to come our the next day. Sean arrived as promised and we both agreed on the repairs which were needed. He had to get approval from AHS and two days later he returned to complete the repairs. Sean was very professional and friendly. I could not have had a better experience.

My husband met with 3 pool resurfacing companies and did a few hours of research on the web. We closed the deal with Matt at Clear Expectations because of his knowledge of his industry, his responsiveness and punctuality and the ease of doing business with him. He kept us in the loop on the progress of the work and explained when some changes were necessary.

He understood our concerns about cost and making the right choice now so there would be no regrets down the road. The job was finished last week but Matt has continued stopping by. He has been keeping an eye on the condition of the pool and let me know he is available going forward when I have questions about maintaining the proper balancing of chemicals in the water. This was all through long emails from them with no calls. We said no thanks and found another company to take over. CE accepted and credited us for the remaining 3 visits for the month. The pool ended up clearing up after a couple of days of filtering through. Also, our new less expensive tech noticed right away the pool vac wasn't hooked up properly (by CE) and for a charge of only a $19 part it was fixed and now roams the whole pool as it should.

Clear expectations has been Servicing my pool for a few years now and I have been extremely pleased. They are professional, well priced and honest about any work that needs to be done. Recently I needed my pool resurfaced and asked Matt about the job, I was able to review the project with matt on 4 separate occasions in person at my house before we even decided to go with his company.

He walked me through each step and explained the entire process. After receiving other bids and dealing with other contractors, going with Clear Expectations was an easy choice. Most important of all the pool turned out perfect. Customer service, delivering on their word and the final result was all top notch.

This is our second pool service company - and the difference couldn't be more evident! Clear Expectations provides the type of service I was looking for. For less money than I paid my last pool service Clear Expectations does more and I don't have to wonder if they've been by or bothered to vacuum the pool. Yep, my previous service felt that getting the debris out of the pool with a net was sufficient, no need to vacuum, or sweep the walls - no wonder the pool kept turning green!

I really wish I had changed sooner! Clear Expectations hasn't missed a week and I don't have to hound them to do the work they are contracted for - and the pool looks terrific! I waited 6 months to write this review, just to make sure they were as good as they seemed, and they are! Do yourself a favor and hire this company to take care of your pool.
