Technician came to inspect my problem under the house. He was masked and professional. He did a thorough job, took pictures of my problems and walked me through where the entry points are. He explained how they would clean, disinfect and close up the holes. He made me feel at ease. He was not pushy and he seemed trustworthy.

Thank you so much for your excellent insulating work. I was blown away by the professionalism of your work staff. They walked on plastic to avoid scuffing our clean carpets with their filthy boots. The radient barrier install in the house is good. They cleaned up after themselves and performed an excellent job. My freshly insulated home is great! Thank you for a job well done.

Unprofessional. If you are looking to have insulation blown into your drywall inside your home, AVOID this company. I understand during construction that there will be dust flown around and that's why normally you would section off the construction area. They told us "don't worry about your things, the areas will be sectioned off". What they actually did was haphazardly tape up a plastic divider, and left OPEN a large cut-out while they were working.

As a result, fine granular dust got all over my furniture and throughout my home. There was no consideration of our home. For example one room is clearly a nursery (baby crib and all) and they gave no regard for the health and safety of this space. We would have had major medical issues for my infant. We found visible layers of dust everywhere, even throughout the kitchen, an area they did not even work in.

I work from home and was choking on the dust that blew into my office (also not part the construction site). I spent hours of my own time cleaning my home (nowhere to sit or eat) and hired professional cleaners to get the fine dust out of my couches which cost a couple hundred dollars. I pleaded with the company and they refused to pay for any cleanup.

They also do not care about the quality of work. Their workers did a rush job; they destroyed my property in multiple areas and didn't even bother to tell me. These are egregious wide holes ripped out of my walls and chunks of wood missing in the window frames and an electrical socket cracked in half. They left bits of insulation all over my property inside and outside.

Their customer service was passive-aggressive at best. They were unreachable on the day of the installation, the main contact literally texted me it's his day off. I called the office and they gave me the run-around. A few days later they got back to me and explained that the results of my destroyed home is normal. At the end of they day, they offered me no apology and unreasonable meager compensation. They adamantly refused to pay for cleaning services even when they didn't have the courtesy to clean up their own mess before they left.

Company did a thorough energy audit and answered all of our questions about it. They shared what would have the most impact and what could be put off until later/what impact that would have and I definitely felt like they weren't pushing any services. When we decided to go with exterior wall insulation, they had a very thorough questionnaire for scheduling (dealing with pets, noise, parking, etc) and visited to check beforehand. They also fit me in like three months earlier than the estimated work date and cleaned up everything after installation. Yay!

I wholeheartedly endorse this company. They were easy to work with, and the team delivered outstanding results. My attic was re-insulated by this company. They arrived on time and completed the project flawlessly, including clean-up. If you're considering hiring someone to clean your attic, you can rely on this company. Bring on the brisk air. They accomplished all of this at a very reasonable cost. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

I sent an inquiry for a quote over the weekend and was amazed to receive a quick response - owner was great to engage with. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions plus he called me the day before our appointment as a reminder. The technician was prompt on the day of, friendly and polite and too. He also used tarps and took off his shoes while in our house.

It was overall a really great experience. We had our registers, furnace and radiant barrier insulation installed. The only caveat though is that I did ask before scheduling if our ducts would be covered to prevent stuff from flying around as I am sensitive and don't think that was the case during the work performed. However, I'll just need to bring that up the next time though would use this company again - very professional, efficient, and very pleasant experience.

Our radiant barrier and crawl space we're cleaned, insulated, rodent proofed, and all new duct working. Everything looks great so far. The crew was quick and professional. Additionally, worked with us to time the work to be done the day after all our asbestos was removed. I would hire them again if I had to do it all over again.

I had many questions and the owner patiently answered all of them before the installation date. I don't like talking on the phone so was happy to correspond by email. They did take photos of the job afterward. that was a brilliant job for my insulation. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience! I found Pure Eco actually here on Yelp and I saw the great reputation they have. I had to get my insulation replaced and the crawlspace under my house cleaned. Everything was such a mess. When their rep showed up he got here on time, and unlike others, he actually had a mask on, a suit and shoe cover. He went up in the attic to inspect and measure the square footage and was the most honest one I got to meet. Pricing isn't the cheapest but I want quality in my house and for me I saw the quality soon as the rep showed up.

He actually also was able to schedule the job for the day after, and they got the attic done that same day, and the cleaning under the house, the day after. Everything was on time, they also created a tunnel from my main door to the house, and this helped my home stay clean while they were working, which I really appreciated! They sent me all the photos I asked for and I saw how well the job was done. We are very happy, and would definitely recommend pure eco.

We just bought a home and needed to replace the insulation ASAP before moving in. Pure Eco was able to get us all done within a 2-3 day time span. They cleaned out the entire attic, disinfected, and sealed some holes for these rats to stay out. We chose to go with the R-30 blow in insulation. It was important for me to find a company who was fast, efficient, and responsible, and I am so happy I found just that. Well deserved 5-stars.
