I would avoid this company then gave us a broken lock after paying over 2k for it sent Paul over to fix it he had no clue sat in his truck more than anything else I called Paul office for help to make sure we would get it fixed it's now july! Paul hangs out up on me and the office blocked my number! They will not fix or replace the broken lock they installed at our daycare. Extremely disappointed since we are operating a school they can secure that we have a safe lock that works! Disgusted with this company! Stay away

It started out bad. The first locksmith that came over did terrible work. He had left a huge gap in our front door and one of the door knobs came off completely within hours of the work being done. I called for two days to get another Locksmith out to finish the job and I was repeatedly told I would have to pay more money to have that done. It took me stopping the payment to get a new Smith out at no charge.
The Smith they sent out was Bill and he was excellent. If you decide to use this companies services, do not pay until you are satisfied with the work and ask for Bill to come out and do it.

I was locked out of my new home (duplicate key set sitting on the kitchen counter!) and Sure Lock responded immediately on a very cold night and worked quickly. I then asked Bill back to replace all the exterior locks, including the vintage front door mortise lock and door handle which I had re-finished with brass. Prompt and reasonably priced I highly recommend them!

I live in Baltimore and visiting family in East Haven for a long Christmas holiday and time off from work. I locked myself out of my truck and had pop-put/locksmith show up at within 20 minutes of calling. Guy was terrific, had me in my truck in a couple minutes and after a few minutes of searching for my keys I realized I had lost my keys. He made me a replacement key and programmed in about 45,m inutes. Price was very fair, especially considering the time & cost of having to rent a car, drive to Baltimore to get my spare key and return. Highly recommend Sure Lock.

I called Sure Lock & Key to fix the latch mechanism on my 100-year-old front door. They sent someone within hours. The locksmith's name was Bill, and he was fantastic. He had an appreciation for the old hardware on the door, and over the course of two visits, he patiently took the tricky mechanism apart and adjusted it. He also lubricated/rebalanced parts of the door so that it opens and closes more smoothly.
He cleaned up the what little mess there was, and left my entry hall immaculate. I was extremely pleased with his work, and relieved not to have to replace the beautiful, original hardware on my door. I highly recommend Bill!
