I picked this company out because they had one of the best Google review scores in my area. I would of loved to give them a chance, but no one ever reached out. I called on May 25th and explained I needed a quote for my new house for gutters. The receptionist stated by the end of the week, someone would come out and give me a quote. No one called or even came by.

On May 30th, I called a different company and by the end of the week I had a quote of exactly what I needed. Can't state on good their work is, only that I did not have a good initial customer experience.

Guyette Roofing has installed many roofs for me and have always done a great job. Unlike a lot of contractors today, they show up when they say they're going to, they do what they say they will do, they always clean up behind themselves, and they take pride in doing a great job.not just rushing through to the next job. They are without a doubt some of the most honorable businessmen I have met.

They replaced the roofs on all three of my houses in these pictures, in addition to several carpentry repairs. These are just 3 of the many roofs they have replaced/repaired for me over the years. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best roofers around! We've had them out to make a few inspections and fix a few problems with out existing roof and have been very pleased with their work. They have also helped install a roof vent for a hood where the previous roofing contractor roofed over the existing exhaust duct prior to us moving in. Exhaust fans do not work well when they're vented to nowhere.

I've also had them inspect a commercial TPO roof and they quickly found the problem that was causing the roof to leak and fixed it promptly. I would definitely recommend them for any residential or commercial roofing projects!

I wouldn't recommend Dalton, he was the person I interacted with regarding an inspection of my roof. He was late, didn't call. When he showed up, he wasn't dressed out to inspect my roof, he didn't inspect my roof. I loss a day of pay for nothing. When I called to complain, I was talked to as if I ( customer) was the problem. I set that aside, and still want to have a new roof installed by this company, as long as I didn't have to deal with Dalton, but Guyette, disregarded my request.

I can't say if Guyette is good Roofing Company, but Dalton, I wouldn't recommend him for anything that requires interacting with the Public. I'm still in search of a Roofing Company

The work was fast and very well done with an attention to detail. What issues did arise during the job were quickly addressed. These folks are worth every cent. If I'm still here in 30 years, they'll be the first I reach out to for another roof job. Services: Roof installation, Roof repair

I would highly recommend Guyette Roofing. I appreciated their professionalism in responding to questions, in processing the transaction and following up. The estimate was thorough; repairs were itemized with approximate cost. The workmen were dutiful and respectful. After they had already been paid, they addressed, without hesitation, my concern about a spot in the replaced siding and addressed the painting of metal on the roof that had been discussed but was not listed on the proposal. The transaction with the Guyette company was a pleasant relief.

Guyette Roofing did a full roof replacement for us including installation of attic vents. Have also done roof repair after a large tree limb hit our home and also do annual roof cleaning. Guyette was great. Following a major storm that caused damage throughout the area, they were still able to provide a quote quickly and get us scheduled for our roof replacement in a matter of days. They were on time, provided all documents our insurance company asked for the same day, and did quality work.

Guyette Roofing recently replaced our 37-sqaure roof with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles (Barkwood) and I highly recommend them for the following reasons: 1) Customer Service: I was always able to reach the estimator, Brent Knox, anytime I had a question or concern. 2) Quick response time: I called another well-know company in town and was told there was a "two week wait time" for an estimate.

If I have to wait two weeks for an estimate, how long will I have to wait for the actual roof? 3) The work was done quickly and professionally. They arrived at 6 am on the scheduled day and attacked our old roof with a vengeance! LOL! They replaced our 37-square roof in one day. This included removing the old ventilation dormers and some rotten sheathing. 4) The workers were polite and professional. Guyette is sometimes more expensive than the other companies in town, but you get what you pay for. This is a excellent company that will still be around in five years when you need them.

Gjyette Roofing was prompt in request to inspect and repair my roof. They found the problem, replaced the damaged areas, and charged a reasonable price for repairs they made. They were very thorough in explaining all the work they would do and how they would do it. The team of guys who came out to do the work were exceptionally professional and so kind and courteous. They worked very diligently, to finish our roof, in one day, in the middle of July.

Guyette and sons are the best in the business. They replaced the roof at Alabama Public Television and it was no easy job with prior contractors only doing the least they could do because this is a State building so of course they used less than the best material, but Bill Guyette and his sons and their crew did a fantastic job now when anyone is looking for a great roofing company I always recommend Guyette Roofing.
