We pride ourselves on keeping your lot free and clear of snow and ice with an impeccable response time. Depending on when the snow stops, we generally have all of your commercial snow and ice removal needs serviced within 4 hours of the event.
Ash Borer Treatments

Ash Borer is an insect that borer's into the bark of your Ash and Birch trees. If left untreated, it can severely damage and cause your tree(s) to die. Equity Green can inject an insecticide directly into the cambium layer of your tree and prevent damage from borers and other insects for the entire season with only one application.
Lawn Mowing

Your lawn deserves a better cut! We take pride in making your property look its best. We will trim, mow, bag, and blow off your driveway and/or sidewalks as needed every time we mow. We are a professional mowing service that offers weekly services. We do the the extra things that will make your lawn stand out.
Sprinkler Systems

During our spring start up we will turn on your water source, charge up your system, adjust all the heads that may be out of alignment, replace any broken heads, valves, and nozzles that may be damaged. We will then make calculations based on each zone to make sure your lawn is getting enough water without over watering. We strive to be environmentally sound in all of our practices.

We've used Equity Green's services for almost 10 years. We tried every other company in and around Sioux City before this company was suggested to us. We've been so happy with their work. Many people have told us our lawn looks like a golf course, etc. Any time we've needed to contact them, they've returned our texts/calls the same day. Extremely happy with Equity Green!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! PLEASE. take the negative reviews seriously. We have issues with them that are still unresolved going back to April/May of 2021. They will take forever to respond or simply ignore you if you have a problem. They can't even return a simple text message - completely unprofessional/unresponsive. Gave us a refund for messing up our yard, but now, months later, out of nowhere, are sending us a bill and threatening collections. So over the last 2 weeks I have sent several messages trying to get this resolved once and for all, but now they ignore us completely. >>> Steer clear or you will regret it.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I inquired about some crabgrass concerns months ago. I provided pictures of the problem areas twice at their request. I was repeatedly told someone would be out to treat. My lawn still has crabgrass and has not been treated. No one has apologized or shown any accountability. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Go somewhere where customer service and responsiveness is a priority.
