As with most technology, on rare occasion our panel experienced a malfunction. When I called, the receptionist quickly accessed my problem, and had a specialist call me back within 30 minutes. A technician was offered to come out same day. Our tech, Wesley Lee, was prompt (on the dot), professional, courteous, and even calmed our barking dog. He was able to reset our panel, and fix a troublesome sensor (that was knocked loose during our kitchen remodel). He was done in 22 mins. and the maintenance call was at no extra charge. I highly recommend Dynamark Security Richmond for the outstanding service they continually provide.

Excellent service and installation! Kevin explained and arranged the services with precision and transparency. Was courteous and flexible when I needed to reschedule several times. James - our technician - was professional, meticulous, and fast. He consulted with us on each decision (location of box, contacts, etc.). He explained how to use the box, the mobile app, and provided us with the information to get support in the future. A great local company who we're happy to support.

Getting our Dynamark Security Alarm was a pleasant experience. Frank's knowledge and years in the business gave us a confidence we were doing the right thing and setting up the system in a way that was a good fit for our home. Great experience with James Hinton today, very knowledgeable and respectful in every way. We were a little concerned about the wires showing etc and he assured us that we would not see them. He made great suggestions of placement inside and out of my house. They will be back to install some bulbs to be able to control the lights from my phone. Awesome! If I could give 100 stars I would! Easy to get hold of, quick response times, and super friendly. Sales Rep was friendly and knowledgeable, and the installer did an excellent and thorough job. I thankfully, haven't had an incident requiring police or fire assistance, but I'm confident my alarm system will work properly and they'll be there when I need them.

Frank and his team are great to work with! I knew very little about home security systems but felt a DIY wasn't an option for me because of the "one size fits all" approach. I gave Dynamark a call after a quick online search. They quickly scheduled a visit to our house and Frank explained our options for a system tailored to our home. Andrew was our installation technician and he was very professional and thorough.
