Caleb, Andrew, and Matt great technicians. All arrived on time for the appointment went over everything and got to work and finished the job and made sure understood the system. Office staff Whitley is amazing she is very skilled and makes sure everything is handled in timely manner.

We've used Alarm Center Security for many years (since they took over Cajun Alarm's clients) and have always been pleased. When we've needed service, they've been readily available to repair our system, and every time we've accidentally set off the alarm we promptly received a phone call checking on us. Today we upgraded our system, and Paul, the technician, could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate great customer service, especially regarding our family's safety and security.

When you need them most is when your alarm is triggered. Did our annual alarm test and received no call or checks on us after 15 minutes. Called in and they said "well it was turned off within 17 seconds so we felt it was a false alarm". Then the woman on phone, Laurie, insisted this has always been their policy. I explained we test the alarm annually like and we always receive a call right away. And gave her an ominous example of what could have have happened in that 17 seconds. Did not seem to care, just wanted to debate things with me on phone.

Extremely disappointed with this company! We utilized their service for 14 years we paid them without fail for 14 years. We recently discontinued the service because we are moving. They charged us for 30 days of service we did not receive. That is just low. I cannot recommend this company at all.

Horrible service and support. Did some research and found certified security. 10/10 would recommend over alarm center.

David Tullier is the nicest technician. I thought they were going to leave me high and dry with a malfunctioning system over the weekend, but he gave me a call and helped me with the problem. Good service, nice people.

The alarm center was very professional and efficient when we were ready to upgrade our security system. They showed up what they promised & did not try to sell us anything we did not request. The technicians were very respectful in social distancing.

I shopped around for other security systems and this was the best deal! I love how they are local and do not have any hidden fees or faulty equipment. A dealbreaker for me was you have the option to either mount the panel or have it on your countertop (no need for additional holes in the wall). The installation technician answered all my questions, showed me all the features on the panel, and even helped me with the app on my phone. I will definitely be referring them to others in the future.

We've used Alarm Center for our home security since we bought our first home in 2000. Recently we had several windows replaced so we had them out to reconnect wires and magnets. They were very flexible with my appointment time with a two hour window. The technicians arrived on time and were courteous and knowledgable. The window installers "pinched" one wire which required a little carpentry work to free but I was pleased they could fix the problem and repaired the area aesthetically.

We have been happy customers of Alarm Center Securty Systems for over 10 years at Advantage Dental Care. The service has been nothing less than excellent! We needed a service tech out to help with some connectivity issues and they sent Sean out on the next available business day. He was very efficient and knowledgeable during his visit at our office. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in search of an excellent alarm system for their home or business. Thanks again!

After purchasing our new home we wanted to make sure our home and personal belongings were protected. We had never had a security system before and didn't really know where to start. After speaking with a few competitors I called Alarm Center. Tom was very informational and they offered a quality system at a competitive rate. Although we had no AC the day Richard came to install the system, he still worked efficiently and professionally through the heat. He too was informative in explaining how to operate the system and answer any questions I had. So far we are very happy with Alarm Center's service. Highly recommended!

Tom did an excellent job of explaining the system to me over the phone. I only wish he had showed up in person and brought all of his expertise with him. 3 sales people from other firms completely missed that my existing out of date system was not hardwired and quoted me bad numbers.

Alarm center is great. I bought a house with a system already in it that I had no idea how to work. I received fast service through email and phone. A technician was at my house within the week. He was prompt and was able explain the system to me.
