We had a great experience with Zerorez! The guys that came to clean our carpets were super friendly and professional and explained everything they were doing. They were really efficient and did a great job in all the rooms. The whole scheduling process was really easy and they kept me up to date with their arrival. Very pleased and would definitely use them again!

Matthew W did a great job on our furniture cleaning today. He came right at the beginning of the three hour arrival window and the process was quick and reasonably priced. I didn't know exactly what the cost was going to be but he gave me options and explained everything before starting. I never felt pressured to add on more services. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend.

Luke was incredible from start to finish! He called us 25 minutes in advance, arrived on time. Luke was extremely kind, personable, and professional. He made things easy to understand, reviewed all options and gave recommendations. With a new baby and two dogs, Luke was so kind and made sure to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. We had four rooms cleaned, and will continue to use this business in the future! Luke made the experience fantastic and is an asset to the company!

Luke was polite, professional, and our carpets look and smell great. Everything about the process was easy. When I called to make an appointment, they had availability that same week. The technician called ahead of time the day of the cleaning so I knew when to expect his arrival. Payment is also super easy. Just click a link in the text they send you and it's done. I would definitely recommend their services and I plan to use them again.

Had one large room carpet cleaned by John from Zerorez. Very nice young man who explained the cleaning procedure and the total cost before he began the work. Really like the idea that the carpet will only take around 12 hours to dry. End result, very pleased from the telephone representative that scheduled my appointment to John that preformed the cleaning. Great job!

Scheduling was accurate, the job to clean stained carpet was done well, and the rep was polite and well-dressed. There was an up-sale (isn't there always?) but that is a matter of choice to accept or not. Given the older good reviews, and more recent less favorable reviews (same with the competition, so we had to pick a company with no clear advantage), we were not sure what to expect, and were happy with the results.

Got a quote for $115 and was charged $190. Just needed two small bedrooms cleaned for landlord check-out. Feel taken advantage of. Boo.

We called Zerorez to clean our couch. The person was on time, did a great job cleaning it. He came in, did his work and left. He was a very nice and polite individual. They came up from Ross Park Area to Kittanning.

Very happy with my cleaning! I hired Zerorez to clean my ductwork in my house and found them to be friendly to deal with and was happy with the results!

After having our carpets cleaned and being very satisfied, we made an appointment to have our air ducts done also. This was a very different experience as we were not shown before and after pics. I did not know that we would have to clean up after he left as there was dirt and dust all over our floors. He also left the plastic on some of the registers which we had to remove and the registers that he put back on, they were crooked and we had to fix those also. After contacting the office, we never heard a word back. Very disappointed after having such a great experience with the carpets.

I wanted my ducts and carpets cleaned in my new house before moving in. The results--well, I'm very glad I did! See the in-progress picture below. They removed dirt that I thought was a permanent stain. And there is no residual smell to set off my asthma! I'm so, so pleased.

I posted a 1-star review a couple hours ago. Chris Compton in Zerorez customer service called me not long after, and has been working with me to deal with the concerns I initially had. Everything seems to be figured out. I greatly appreciate Chris's help with resolving the issues, he definitely is the reason that I changed my one-star review to a five-star. I appreciate that Zerorez took the time to deal with the problems I had, and I'm happy with their services.

I was extremely impressed at not only the level of cleanliness in which my carpets were left, but by the professionalism and quality customer service I received from my technician, Lance. Would absolutely recommend and would use again.

Our carpets are older and so we just wanted a basic cleaning. The tech came out to our house and more than DOUBLED our quoted price claiming we needed all these extra services. We reviewed the "new" price and removed an add on that was over $300! I briefly saw the tech get disappointed and then he went to van and came back to say he "forgot" to add in a required service for $180! Seems too convenient to forget when you do this daily. What a scam! Will not be a repeat customer with this bait and switch!

HONEST COMPANY I was to have my ducts cleaned this morning by them. The two employees who came told me since my house was so new, it was built in such a way that they couldn't get to the ducts. So, they couldn't do the cleaning. I honestly wouldn't have known if they just hooked something up to my furnace and told me they were done. I really appreciate the company, and you should do business with them.

I was looking forward to Zerorez cleaning my carpets in the new home I just purchased. Everything went well - easy scheduling, a competitive quoted price, and the technician showed up on time. Then the problems started. The tech said he couldn't do the job without adding the statin/urine treatment which basically doubled the quoted price. When I said I didn't want the additional service, the tech balked and said that's what was needed to do the job. Ok, so I sent him packing. Stay away from this rip-off

My 15 year old Berber looks bran new. They do what they say and they assure your happiness. One hell of a company!

Carpet looked good the first two days but looked bad when carpet dried. I wasted $400+ dollars on this & will not be a repeat customer.

Everything you've heard about Zerorez is true! I kept hearing about Zerorez on the radio, but figured Mikey and Big Bob are just overly excitable. My spouse and I were considering purchasing new carpet, and hoping that a cleaning from Zerorez would give us a few more months to decide. The carpet looks brand new in every room. We aren't going to replace now, so Zerorez already saved us hundreds of dollars.

My service guys were on time, and courteous. They introduced themselves and reviewed the services before beginning. There was a door cover to prevent letting the heat out of the house and they wore shoe covers inside my home. There was no pressure or upsell. The service men worked quickly and carefully. My carpets were barely damp by the time they left and there was a slight citrus scent that disappeared as soon as the carpets dried.

I vacuum regularly and shampoo my carpets monthly (two large doghters), but I never had results like Zerorez created. I'll be sure to call them again before the holidays for a refresher.

Matthew was very polite and professional. He removed a stain on our carpet that two other companies couldn't, and both couches look like new. The reason I gave only four stars is because I am very sensitive to fragrances and the scent used in the cleaners was very strong.

After writing my previous review, we were contacted by Chris, the manager for Zerorez, and he talked to us about our service. Since we were somewhat dissatisfied with the air duct cleaning (see previous review), he offered to make it right with us by offering a free 3-room carpet cleaning at a future date. We will schedule it sometime in the new year. I am giving them one more star, and will review accordingly after our carpets get serviced. Thanks Chris, Happy Holidays!

With fairly new high quality carpet, I bought the theory of not shampooing it. With no children or pets, the carpet had no obvious problems & is vacuumed regularly, but figured that after 20 months, it was time for a cleaning to keep it looking good. I'm satisfied with the results + I had the ceramic tile grout cleaned & sealed. I'm no chemist, but the basic idea is that they use just water with a different Ph-level following a pre-treatment with a citrus based fluid that is supposed to loosen any deep seated grime.

The carpet looks good, though it didn't look bad to begin with; it's a dark brown shade, so it would hide stains pretty well anyway. I'd estimate it took one guy to do the entire job about 3.5 hours, including measuring. He was very professional & efficient. He suggested I have the fabric protectant applied (for an extra fee). I was going to have it done in one room for certain & he offered a discount for having it applied on all the carpet.

The tile grout is easier to see that it was cleaned well. The original van that the technician got to my house in had a problem & he had to call for a replacement. The equipment they use is mounted inside & it's the power base. Since there was no suction, he couldn't work initially. Another guy came out in about 30 minutes, which was reasonably quick.

The cost was pricey in my opinion, though there certainly was a lot of surface area to clean. The cost was about $200 per hour on an hourly basis, excluding the waiting time for the other van. A day later, we saw some small areas that seemed to have been missed & they arranged for a re-vist a few days later. I would use them again.

Zerorez deserves more than 5 stars but 5 it is. With two 60+ lb dogs, I've had to call them more than I'd like to admit and each and every time the work they have done has been amazing. The folks on the phone and the guy(s) that come to the house have been courteous and friendly. They've had to get out some stains and smells from our carpets (including area rugs) that I'd like to erase from my memory and each and every time, they've been successful.

The fact that they don't use any chemicals is an even bigger bonus! The additional pet treatments are a little pricey but worth the results. They've also been able to squeeze us in for an appointment with almost no notice which is much appreciated! I would recommend them to any one looking to get their carpets cleaned or freshened up!

I recently had my air ducts and carpet cleaned by ZeroRez. I must explain to everyone that my experience with them was more than I expected. Taylor performed my air duct cleaning and was very informative and efficient with performing his duties.

Called Zerorez for the first time to have the carpet and stairs done. Was surprised to find a pee spot under the couch from dog when moving the furniture. Erin Hill was a very informative technician, explaining what process she would use to remove the deep stain as well as the added cost if I chose to do so.

Technician was courteous and patient. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the pricing before he began any work. The work was efficient and effective. Overall, a great experience.

The GM for PGH - John - gave me a ring, as I knew he would. All is good in zerorez land. Just an FYI for Millennials, learn how to handle an upset customer, it's part of life. You are not so special that no one will ever NOT be upset while you are around.

Great Service! I just moved into a new condo & wanted to freshen up the carpets from the previous owner. The technician, Nicholas arrived on-time & went straight to work. He explained each step of the process in detail & when he finished up the carpets looked & smelled great!
