Boster Roofing

When I was getting a new roof I was told to call Boster Roofing and i'm glad I did. Marty's crew was great so polite and cleaned up after themselves daily and did a fantastic job on the new roof. Marty kept me informed on everything that was going on and what was coming. I highly recommend when getting a new roof you make Boster Roofing your first call. Marty also helped me with some smaller projects and again did a great job I couldn't be happier using Boster Roofing.

Did NOT arrive when scheduled and extended the "job" by many days. Left the yard a complete mess with debris and hazards all over grass and cement. The interior of the pool is covered with the debris they left. Zero regard for property or residents. Owner of the company extremely unprofessional and harassing. It is understandable this business is not accredited by the BBB. I would recommend NEVER hiring them.

Boster Roofing recently did a reroofing on a rental property and I couldn't be happier. They were very respectful of the tenant whose two teenagers were home doing their classes online. The owner, Marty Boster, kept in contact with us before and during the process. We also had an issue at our own home as the fierce winds had caused a piece of the metal roof to blow loose.

He came by on his way home that same night (I called late) and said he would send a couple of guys over in the morning. True to his word, at 7:30 two guys crawled up on the roof to secure the metal before heading off to another job. I would give them an A+!

Boster Roofing installed a roof for us in 2018. We were very pleased with the quality of that roof. There was a question regarding possible hail damage so I called Boster Roofing and talked with the owner, Marty Boster. Marty checked our roof the very next day and called me with a detailed report. We were happy to hear that our roof was fine. I think that is the advantage of working with a local company who has been in the Redding area for years. I greatly appreciate the personal attention and support Boster Roofing provided, and I plan on calling Boster Roofing for any of our future roofing needs.

Critical:Value I don't appreciate being tailgated by an employee in the company vehicle with my kids in the car, and I'm doing five over the speed limit while on a two lane road. Just so happens I need two roofs done, and I will not be employing you guys. I just don't appreciate being tailgated, period.

Received a bid for replacement, higher than 3 other bids. Snarky attitude when trying to communicate via e-mail.

Bosters Roofing was referred to us by a local contractor. They replaced our hail damaged roof. Super great group of guys. They have a great attention to detail. Roof came out great and Marty was there every step of the way to answer questions. Highly recommend Bosters and their team!

We had a few weeks to finish the job for the sale. I called Marty at Boster Roofing, explained the situation to his wife, that immediately talked to Marty, and they came over the next day to bid. Seldom answer the phone, rarely return a call. They came out to give an estimate, never received the estimate!

All I can say is Boster roofing is the best His company did my metal Roof and it's very very nice and clean I love it i've had other companies do roofs on my other homes and it does not come close to Boster Roofing. We have installed three roofs and we have a friend that is the CEO of a major roofing company in the Bay Area. We are very detailed and involved and we always go on the roof to inspect the work. With input from our Roofing Company CEO friend, we developed detailed roofing specifications for our Redding home. We interviewed and had five major roofing companies give us bids.

From the start, we were impressed with Boster Roofing. Beth, the Office Manager, was always polite and very efficient when scheduling appointments, getting permits, and keeping me informed of status. Also, most roofing companies sent their estimator to the interview, but the President of Boster Roofing, Marty Boster, came to the interview along with his estimator.

He spent considerable time answering all of our detailed questions. In addition to having an attractive roof, due to the Redding heat, we were very focused on attic ventilation and thermal properties of the roof because proper attic ventilation can save lots of money in cooling costs over time. Boster Roofing installed our new CertainTeed Landmark Solaris Pro Maximum Definition roof on 14 - 19 May 2018.

We were very impressed by the efficiency and workmanship of the two expert roofers, Brian and Mike. They definitely knew what they were doing. We were also very impressed by Marty Boster. Marty was at the job site and on the roof most days. The roofing materials supplier was short ridge caps in our color so there was a slight delay in getting the caps.

To accommodate our schedule, Marty personally came out Saturday morning and installed the final ridge caps. We are most pleased with the whole experience and with our new roof.

We love Marry, Beth and the entire Boster Roofing team! We have used Marty to roof 2 of our houses as well as several other small jobs/projects. Their bids are always competitive but more than that we trust their work. Highly recommend!

Had the roof done on the house and had them cut the wires to my brand new security camera and I spoke w the owner he showed absolute disregard never got back to me and they do multiple houses through this owner. Did decent work but careless all they had to do was ask to unplug it and or replace it but I guess a $6500 roof doesn't compensate enough to replace customers camera thanks guys wnt be having u back

I had a wonderful experience with Boster Roofing. I live out of the area and my grandparents needed a roof done on their house in Redding. Marty was very helpful over the phone with me, very patient with my grandparents and provided a fast service as well. He even re-roofed the shed on their property so that it matched the house. Dishonest, don't stand behind their work. Run for the hills from these guys! After a few yrs my roof failed. Marty Boster inspected and told me the roof was fine, I believed him unfortunately. After a year of searching for a problem with the hvac, and thousands of dollars in water damage inside my home, it became clear that the flashing was no good. Turns out he didn't replace it, but failed to mention that to me!

He told me that flashing isn't part of a roof job. Ha! He also didn't pull a permit to replace my 2200 sq ft roof. He won't return your calls for weeks. He is rude and the quality is terrible!
