Will never use them. Had an appointment with them yesterday and no show. Called them an hour later and their response, they would call me back. No call back! Well I guess they dont want my money, so I'll take it somewhere else. If this is an example of how they do businessI don't want their business.

Zero stars! This company has received THOUSANDS of dollars in business from my mother (every month since 2003). She has not been well since being hospitalized a year ago. Since then, she's received harassing phone calls when Bill not paid on time.she told them she didn't even know what they were talking about given how bad of a state she's in.her treatment is over borderline elder abuse. Worse, I took over as her POA and the staff was both rude and insensitive.
I called about the change and that we needed to cancel but I was straightening everything out with the bank so I could make payment. In picking up her mail they continued to bill her, when I found out they continued to charge I called and asked for discretion to pay the last month not double given the situation and that she is ill and has been a loyal customer since 2003.
The woman was unprofessional and explained they'd lost money in making a recent business change stating they had to pay for that month. I asked to talk to the owner, Daniel, and was told he would contact me back but still have not heard from him. I received another invoice today with another fee attached. I am DISGUSTED by the greediness, lack of care and understanding over $25 especially given how faithful of a customer she has been. We had to cancel because cost of care is too high to continue with the service. I am reporting to BBB and telling everyone I know to STEER CLEAR!

One of the oldest security companies in the entire region. There Client list both Residential and Commercial is a Who's Who list of Hampton Roads. That includes the Peninsula as well. They are just the best. Ask for Dan Adams the owner. A nicer more informed person you'll never meet. Tell him I sent you.
