I called this company due to a driver on the expressway driving extremely unsafe for others, I called the number plastered on the truck. Just to find out that the guy I talked to said he would address it, but 2 minutes later I go a call from the driver saying I was wrong, after arguing with me, I hung up, he called me back to argue more. I called Cornelious AGAIN, asking why he gave the driver MY phone number to call and harass me.

The guy called me 3 times. Why would they give my contact info for that awful driver to CALL me directly. Awful customer service, awful drivers, terrible customer service. Rate 0 driver should be tested for drugs/alcohol, thats how bad the driver was! Maybe the police will find him before his company decides to act.

Critical: Professionalism The person who answered the phone gave me an attitude from the gate. He basically hung up on me after I reciprocated his energy. This place can keep their services. I was referred to Del Roy's Pest Control by a friend of mines, after having someone bring bedbugs to my house. After my experience with bedbugs and literally purchasing every spray from Home Depot and Lowe's, unfortunately none of those sprays work. I purchased one can from Del Roy's and I've had no issues ever since. This place is the real deal. Customer service was great and the gentleman Spoke with me about applying the spray. I highly recommend giving Del Roy a try for any pest control problems you may have.

Made an appointment to have house inspected. No Show no Call. When I called them the excuse were plenty. Short week. a person absent, etc. The attitude was more like oh well who cares. Could have at least called me. Glad I didn't take the day off of work.
