Lime Painting

They walk around neighborhoods and are very creepy. They stake out homes and walk around them writing things down while "checking" out your home for "needed repairs". They have been told by the city and the police to stay away from our neighborhood but they keep coming back. Response to business owner - you absolutely do not heed to permit regulations. Greenwood Village Permits explicitly state you are not to walk on to property and you are not allowed to hang anything or leave anything at homes. Your people consistently violate both of these conditions. Our neighborhood also explicitly states no solicting at the entrance which your company also violates.

I don't leave many reviews online but I felt it necessary to say a few things regarding LIME painting of Colorado Springs. We were in desperate need of Stucco repair and exterior painting on our house for awhile but very hesitant because we couldn't find the right fit with the contractors we had talked to. Until Matt came along. From the first consultation, we knew we had found our guy.

Everything was clearly outlined and stated prior to work being done. The goals and scope of the job were discussed in a no hassle way ( very important!) Matt listened to our input daily as the job progressed and his crew worked diligently everyday! They were on time and were there when they were supposed to be there. They didn't trash our property as they worked, great housekeeping mentality.

No sloppy work, no going back over and over having to correct this or that. And a real friendly group of guys, a pleasure to be around. I wish Matt Fuss and the Lime painting staff all the best. You made a happy customer outta me.! Thanks again for a great job

After some hiccups at the start, Lime came through. Jim and Jaime were great partners. We painted the exterior and it looks awesome. Rooting wood around the second floor perimeter was replaced. Front and back doors were sanded and stained, and now look beautiful. Hand rail and light post painter; look great. Overall very happy!

LIME Painting is a quality company. They handled our very large project professionally and with great care for customer satisfaction. The masons did a fabulous job repairing and sealing the crumbling caps on the walls around the sport courts. The painters were experts and did a top-quality job patching & painting our stucco house, the trim, the gutters, and the decorative elements. They also refinished the doors and garage doors to like-new perfection, and you should see the garage floors! Excellent work all around. Highly recommended.

Lime Paint was awesome the whole way through! They were timely, communicative and very professional. They even offered to prepare the house for a full interior paint, including kitchen cabinets while we were away. This suggestion saved us time, effort and the headache of having it all done while at home. We LOVED our colors. Any changes we made were quickly adjusted on the bill and they even replaced some broken alarm system sensors quickly. We were 100% happy with the company and results. Highly recommend!

After hiring Lime Painting 5 years ago for our previous home, it was an easy decision to hire them again for our home in the Cory-Merrill Neighborhood. They did not disappoint! We had the exterior and interior (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) painted. We enjoyed working with our entire team; Jim Ward, Ernesto, Alex, and Jose. They were all very professional and responsive to any questions or changes that came up and the painters are exceptional. If the need arises we wouldn't hesitate hiring Lime Painting again or to recommended their services.

We decided to use Lime painting on our 1922 bungalo home in wash park mainly because of all of the homes in the area they have done recently that have turned out great, and we couldn't be happier with the job. They made our old classic brick look refreshed and modern. The team that came to the house behaved in a very professional manner and did the job quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend Lime.

Lime was a wonderful company to work with from start to finish. I had bid out my house painting project to other companies and while Lime was a bit more expensive, it was an easy decision. Nick (Owner) and Blake had come to my home for the initial estimating process and we incredibly thorough and took the time to tell me about Lime's Mission, Vision and Values as well as their process and project management platform that would keep our project organized and tracking.

I was told about all the products that best suit my home in addition to small improvements I could make to increase the longevity of the paint overhaul. Jaime was easily the best painter I've seen - his attention to detail had people stopping on the sidewalk to compliment him or ask me more info about my experience. I highly recommend Lime Painting!

We chose Lime painting after watching them paint the exterior of a neighbor's house. It seemed like they spent a lot of time prepping and the results showed it. We hired them to paint our living room, which has a 16' barrel ceiling, sun room, two hallways and the ceiling of my office, which has extensive water damage. They did an outstanding job and we are thrilled with how it looks. They kept us informed during the work and were always concerned that we were satisfied. We can't wait until they paint the exterior of house this summer.

Six reviews, all 5 star except the one 1 star. Believe the one star. By their own admission, these are young owners fresh out of college with a marketing degree. Boy they can flood you with a super professional presentation, followed up with a well layed out bid. They are well educated for sure. How they paint I don't know. I'm doing a renovation of 110-year-old Park Hill property.

This is not my first rodeo, I have been in the Real Estate business for 30+ years. These guys bids were 43% higher for a whole house interior paint job then 2 other super reputable contractors with long time standing in Denver. Their motto is "Get Limed". Oh yeah, get limed! Nice try Nick. Try being a painting contractor and not a marketing company. Alternatively, you can keep "liming" people. Don't try delegitimizing an honest review.

I chose Lime Painting because of their BBB A plus rating, and I was also impressed by the explanation of their prep work and the quality of the paint they were using. Lime painted my entire house with the exception of the stucco and did an excellent and very detailed job. They came when they said they were going to come and completed the work without interruption. I wouldn't know if they are good because I emailed them to come give me an estimate on painting the interior of our house and never even got a response back.

Lime painting re did my kitchen cabinets, weeks after they left the paint started peeling off. They did come back 3 times to make the repairs however we are still having problems with them. I recently just called them back to do some work and also have the touch up the cabinets again. I agreed to the price of more than $7k to do all of the work and more than a week ago I sent Matt a text asking for him to call me. His response was they are i a meeting will get to me shorty. I would NEVER recommend them. They can't back up there work!

We used Lime Painting to paint the exterior of our home. They came highly recommended by friends of ours, and they did not disappoint. They did a fantastic job-- the crew worked hard all day and cleaned up each evening. The prep work was amazing, and they replaced a number of rotted out boards and they caulked and sealed everywhere. They were very helpful in accommodating our schedule and did the majority of the work while we were out of town, keeping us updated the whole time.

The sales guy Matt, the project manager Ernesto, and the whole crew were delightful to work with! We intend to have Lime do some interior projects for us in the Fall. We recommend Lime without reservation!

Lime Painting is definitely the real deal! I am extremely particular and these guys exceeded all of my expectations. Matt and his team are honest, ethical, hardworking individuals with a focus on customer service rarely seen in contractors. They are definitely not the cheapest painters out there, but if you are looking for a quality job that even your neighbors will rave about, Lime Painting is the ONLY game in town.

From the initial prep on our home to the final walkthrough and touchups when our project was completed, we were very satisfied with Lime.
