Weeded Lawn Service

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING Weeded Lawn service. Mitch (the sales person) is very nice, but the nice ends there. Mitch will quote a price on mulching, but when the crew arrives, the price will increase. The lawn care crew will give the lawn a lick and a promise and none of the things discussed with Mitch will be completed or even attempted. David the owner will look at the lawn and give it an A+ even though the driveways are not blown, the edges are not trimmed and the grass is not cut in places.

Plus stones are moved out of place and not put back. But David the owner is pleased and gives it an A+. Weeded was my first mow for the 2022 season. Mitch came out and we discussed at length the issues that concerned me - edging all the stone areas, blowing the 2 driveways thoroughly, cutting all the grass to include an area behind a building. Mitch assured me it would all be done.

The attached photos were taken the day the crew came out. The stone edges are not edged, the stones were dragged out of place and not put back, the driveways and terrace are not blown, and an entire area of the lawn was not cut at all. In response to my complaint, David gave the job an A+. Mitch wrote "I saw the pictures in March, spoke to David while he was onsite after the first visit, and remember speaking with the crew lead and CAN AGREE WITH DAVID WHEN I SAY I AM HAPPY WITH THE FIRST MOWING VISIT WHERE THE TECHNICIANS WERE LEARNING YOUR LAWN.IT TAKES A FEW VISITS FOR THE TECHNICIANS TO LEARN THEIR LAWNS.ULTIMATELY, I HAVE SEEN WORSE FIRST VISITS AND WHEN IT CAME TO YOURS, I WAS PLEASED WITH WHAT I SAW AND HEARD, AS WAS DAVID." After this first and only visit, I immediately discontinued using Weeded for my lawn care.

Shortly after, I received a bill for $600, the amount I would be billed if I continued the original service. The next month, I received another bill for $600. Once Weeded finally realized that I had discontinued the service, they billed me $76 for the lawn care visit in March, in spite of the poor job they had done. Two days later, I had another service re do the lawn because it was done so poorly, but Weeded insisted that I pay for the poor service provided.

I have almost two acres, two driveways and two terraces. The crew spent less than 30 minutes "learning" my lawn. Weeded will give your lawn a lick and a promise and that is all because the crew needs to come to your home to learn how to edge, how to blow a hardscape and the fact that common courtesy demands that if they displace stones etc, they need to fix the damage before leaving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I just finished an interview with this company and I only got laughed at by David who is apparently "professional." Joke of a business and customer service.

I received estimates from quite a few lawn companies last year. What stood out the most about weeded lawn service was their professionalism and straightforwardness. Mitch came out and and answered all of my questions and went into detail about all the lawn services they offer. Out of all the estimates I received they were the most reasonable by far.

Everyone I have had contact with at weeded from the associates answering the phones to the owner has provided excellent customer service. Any questions I have are immediately responded to by phone or email. My lawn looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone one looking for good, honest and reliable lawn care service.

I usually do yard work myself. But I often run out of time, or the work just piles up. That's when I call Weeded. So, if I don't get to that last leaf cleanup, or can't find the hedge trimmer, or weekends are too busy to get mulch down, I call Weeded. They are super responsive, have great customer service, and stand behind their work. Last month, they trimmed all my shrubs and hedges after several years of neglect. The yard looks fantastic!

David and his team at Weeded have been taking care of my yard for several years now and do a fantastic job. Their communication is on point and they are very receptive to feedback. Their mulch beds are cut with precision and look beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Weeded does fantastic work, and everyone there is great to deal with. They have been extremely thorough and courteous, and there is never a long wait between the request for work and its completion. I sincerely appreciate their diligence both with respect to the work and in keeping me in the loop on progress.

After spending years of fall Saturday's in the yard fighting the leaves, I have thrown in the towel. Weeded has been great. I come home Friday from work and all the leaves are gone. Thanks for giving me my weekends back.

I can't say enough good things about Weeded! Our yard looks better than it has in a long time. After multiple bad experiences with other companies we are beyond happy to have finally found a reliable company that provides excellent service. Not only did the technicians perform fast efficient work, the customer service from the office was great as well. Every step of the way we were well informed, and everyone was very friendly. I have been a customer for many years now. At first I just used the mowing, then added fertilization and now have them taking care of everything including the shrubs and ornamental trees. They are very professional, helpful and dependable.

Weeded Lawn Service services several yards in my neighborhood in the far west end. They are quick and efficient. There is no lolly-gagging with these guys, they get it done and leave before you can say lickety-split. If you are looking for someone to care for your lawn, I suggest you give these guys a try.

Did a good job for a reasonable price. Clean up was a bit lacking, but when I asked for additional work as I didn't like how a shrub trim looked, they came right out and did what I wanted. I'll stay with them and would recommend them.

First of all the bid came in substantially lower than 2 other local companies. They did everything they said they would do. I had an issue with the depth of the gravel and they fixed that too. Really love having off street parking.
