Pinnacle Pest Control

I called Pinnacle when I needed an inspection for a home purchase. They were available within my short window of time. Ken came out and inspected the home and did a thorough job. Repairs were done by antonio. Antonio did a terrific job and was very detail oriented. Prices were reasonable and communication was excellent. I would use Pinnacle again and would recommend them to others.

We found them through a Google search. Had them do an inspection and were told subterranean termites was likely the cause of wings in our bathtub. They were more reasonable than another company we reached out to so we went with them. They were professional and answered all our questions. The job took the whole day but fingers crossed we won't need their services again! We were satisfied with the service provided.

After having no ant problems for 30 years, we suddenly had ants in EVERY room in the house, no matter how clean we kept the place. After our do-it-yourself extermination efforts had no effect, we called Pinnacle in. The effects were not instantly effective, but even Pinnacle's first visit had a material effect, when all our efforts at extermination failed.

After only two or three visits, the ants were gone. We had them in to spot-treat a time of two afterwards. They were professional, prompt, and effective -- I can highly recommend them. I can't speak about their prices compared to other companies; we were so desperate we hired the first firm who contacted us (Pinnacle); feeling ants marching across your body is no joke. I can attest as to the quality of their work and professionalism.

First of Craig, is the best! This is the first time I had an experience with Pinnacle pest control. Usually my apartment complex sends over "Clark's pest control" in which I'm never satisfied with how they handle procedures. Craig was on time he had a very positive attitude, professional, and was very happy to help. He answered all my concerns and took his time. Thank you Craig!

Rodents were building a kingdom down at my basement to the point where the smell of them was bothering my family. Good thing we have the pros at Pinnacle near our home here at Sacramento. Excellent service quick and easy with friendly and knowledgeable representatives. This was by far is one of the best pest control companies in my area. The process was quick and easy and very affordable. They answered all my questions followed up after the service was complete and provided a detailed recap of what was completed and suggested what steps I could take to stop the bugs from coming back.

I have a rather large house, with lots of foundations, and lots of column footings. I had a termite infestation. I contracted the company, and received a reply directly from the company president Jim. He came out and checked my home, told me exactly what needed to be done, when his company could perform the work, exactly how much it would be, and that the superior product that they use would last about 10 years.

I even asked if they could come out once a year to "re-apply" the product.just to make sure.to my Happy Surprise, he said that was not necessary. The product is the best in the industry, and lasts many years. He came out to my home on the day of the application, to personally review with his work team: what exactly I wanted, and exactly what to do and how to do it.

The team was hard working, and proficient. They really went above & beyond the call of duty. I was very satisfied with the work, the team, the superior product they used ( I thoroughly investigated it.it really is the best ), and especially Jim. Before, during and after the project he was always on top of everything. Terrific follow through too.very prompt.very knowledgeable. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Ive had a great experience with Pinnacle Pest Control. My service technician Anival recently went out of his way to check up on my moth issue in my pantry. I reached out to him one evening and he was able to fit me in early morning even above his already booked schedule for the day.
