Travis and Jessy were just here, and installed a new 3-Phase mixing motor for us. They were in and out in no time and all, VERY professional and knowledgeable. On time and communicated when they were on their way for ease of preparation an expectation, as needed for commercial business. They even did the installation while we were up and running, keeping us up with no downtime at all. Definitely recommend, and they will be our first call when something else come about.

Pacific Electric was called first thing in the morning to repair power surges in the home. Called at 8 am when they first opened and within 1 hour Shane the assigned tech shows up to inspect and evaluate the problem. Once he located the problem he explained the issue in terms that I could understand. It took awhile to finish only because he had to wait for NVEnergy to come out and give Shane access to the meter to finish job. Shane finished the job, inspected the power within the house to verify all was working. Shane is very professional and knowledgeable with what he does.

Will diffenately use Pacific Electric with any electrical issues that may come up. Very reasonable prices for same day service. Thanks PE for a great job and all your professionalism.

With so many issues during the pandemic it was so nice to deal with Pacific Electric. Starting with Kim in the office. She was so nice and did everything to get the techs out to my place ASAP. Kenny came out first, did a great job fixing my main breaker. He was very professional and a very nice guy as he explained everything. I still had issues with my bathroom lights but it was late and he was going to come back out. Shane ended up coming back out to fix the bathrooms and he also is extremely nice, very professional, he shows you all he is doing and the plan to find what is wrong.

He located the problem in no time and helped me out so much I can't thank him and Kenny enough. If I could give more than 5-stars to Pacific Electric I would. If you need electrical work done, don't hesitate to call Pacific Electric. From Kim to the techs they are a Class A business who puts the care of Las Vegans before the mighty dollar like so many other places do these days. I called Pacific Electric to get a quote on a project at my home to get my tanning bed hooked up and running. I have gotten multiple quotes from electricians from different companies. David Moore was the most thorough in his assessment of the job and was very knowledgeable of the work. He was actually able to communicate his plan and provided me a quote that day. I was truly impressed. Pacific Electric was the fourth company I spoke to and they blew the competition out of the water.

We had a technician come to our house for quoting a retrofit of CAT6 cable in our house. He was professional appearing very experienced and also consulted with one of their own low voltage specialists on video. The quote was itself a comprehensive report providing all of the details needed to complete the project, and the amount being on par with what I was able to research online.

I called Pacific Electric based on so many wonderful reviews and it is certainly understandable why there are so many. I did not have an emergency, but one of our smoke detectors started shrieking for no apparent reason on Sunday night. It must have been an electrical short because my husband hit the detector with a broom handle and the shrieking stopped.

The next day I called Pacific Electric and made an appointment for the following day. Shane G. was the technician and he was absolutely wonderful-prompt, courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable and informative about what needed to be done. There was no up-selling and Shane was very considerate of my property. My recommendation is to look no further than Pacific Electric if you need any kind of electrical work done.

Needed a 60a line installed and some modifications to an existing system. Pacific handled "my electrical problems" with expertise despite my frustrations. They thought 'out of the box' and helped develop a handy 'work around' to facilitate what was turning out to be virtually impossible to do. They were not my first call, and they were not the cheapest BUT they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, exactly as I asked and 'all professionally represented'.

They announced they were enroute to my location, they showed up early, they were clean and organized, they left the location as they found it - but with power. Great personalities. All this is a clear reflection of the Pacific Electric "Company Culture". I spoke with the owner over the phone prior to the work being done and can certainly attest I understand why the people who work with Pacific are the way they are; they got a boss I would work for.

Initially my review was going to be a negative review but that all changed. On Dec 17 I had called to make an appointment because we had multiple outlets that weren't working. Our appointment was schedule on Tuesday Dec 21 from 2pm-4pm. Fast forward to Tuesday my husband waited from 2pm-4pm and no technician had came to my house. I had called the office to follow up on my appointment and see why no showed up, two phone calls later I had found out that there was no appointment that was found under my address.

I was devastated because my family and I were going to travel to California for Christmas which we had to postpone because I had made another appt at a different company because no one had came. The next day I had received a call from Kim and she was apologizing for what had happen the day before and she didn't know what happened to my appointment, I had asked if there was any available tech that could come the same day but she had told me that she could schedule an appointment for Wednesday but if a tech opens up they will push my appointment for that day.

I had declined because I was already upset and I already had made an appointment with another company to come on Wednesday so I had declined. But 30 minutes later I got another call, I apologize I don't remember her name, she had told me that they had a technician in my area that can come to my house. I was shocked and I told her ok. Within the hour Christopher came and he was wonderful.

My husband and I were very happy with how Christopher was very professional and very informative. After my negative experience turned positive I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and we are very happy. Thank you so much Kim and Christopher!

Shane arrived on time. He explained the work order and looked at the areas for indoor light upgrades. He wired and installed an outdoor motion sensor light, excellent job. Then he replaced our indoor canned lights adding a much brighter atmosphere. He cleaned up after he finished. Shane did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to talk with. We are extremely satisfied with Pacific Electric and with Shane. Will definitely use them in the future. The jobs were very reasonably priced.

Buckle in this is going to be a wild ride~

I called this company because my AC kept tripping the breaker on June 23rd of 2021. I was quoted $74.00 for the electrician to come out if nothing was wrong. David was my technician that came out. when he arrived he let me know that it would be $165.00, I had no idea why but I was dealing with my new born baby and barking dog.

I told him to start (my mistake) after the service he sent me some NOT detailed photos of the service AND TOLD ME IT WAS THE AC PROBLEM. now he did give me a quote to fix something unrelated BUT DID NOT EVEN CHECK THE BREAKER SWITCH THAT WAS POPPING!!!!!!! I asked him why would this be $165.00 instead of the quoted $74.00 he said "you agreed to the price before I started" this did not answer my question and honest what am I to do, I was alone. so I paid it and called and complained later about this.

The company did give me a refund of $40.00 for this. The next day I call an AC company to come install a new AC for $14,000 dollars I do not have. they do and guess what I have to have them come back out 5 times because the breaker is still popping. I AM NOT AN ELECTRICIAN so I have no idea of what's wrong. Finally the nicest HVAC guy in all of las Vegas goes and looks at the breaker for me (not his job) to see that the wires of the switch DAVID was suppose to look at are completely stripped and have literally been sparking on fire.
MY WHOLE HOUSE WITH MY NEW BORN BABY COULD HAVE BURNT DOWN BECAUSE OF HIS NEGLIGENCE!!!!
Nevermind the fact of how much the new AC cost even though that wasn't it, how dare this company put my family in danger. I have on video from my ring camera him telling me its the AC

I was very disappointed in the service. My chandelier went out and I called Pacific Electric they came out looked at it determined to disconnect the chandelier and stated I needed to find someone to come in and rewire the appliance at a cost of around $1,000. Later I called a handyman who used to work for the electric company...guess what...it was in the wiring in the attic....so be it and 1/3 the cost. Be careful

Sean And Larry came to my house today for a service call. They did excellent work. They wore booties in my house to keep floor clean. They are very thorough and meticulous with the work. Best electrical work ever. Will definitely keep their phone number handy for future work.

Hats off to Jonas and Leo, these guys did an amazing job. They diagnosed and repaired a broken section of conduit that ran to my pool. As a contractor myself I can usually spot small details in service that typical homeowners may not notice and these guys make the bar.

I had an electrical fire and I contacted Pacific Electric Inc for assistance. The customer service is excellent. Scheduling was based on my needs and all timelines discussed were met. The insurance adjuster was at my home when LaRon, the electrician arrived. The adjuster briefed me earlier on possible remedies to the problem and LaRon inspection and presentation of the problem and possible solution was consistent with the adjusters.

My wife and I were traumatized by the electrical fire and LaRon was patient and understanding of our fears and concerns. He gave us a thorough explanation of the scope of work that is necessary and highlighted the safeguards the company takes to alleviate our concerns of future problems. The price quote was very reasonable and we look forward to our continued relationship with this company.

Pacific Electric was able to schedule my job within 2 days of when I called for service. They sent Jeremy Franklin who actually showed up early. He was able to advise us on what was best for what we wanted done and even explained why one of our ideas wouldn't work. He took out old fluorescent tube lights in the kitchen and replaced them with can lights and replaced both of the bathroom vent fans. He was quick and efficient and the work was very well done.

Best electricians in Vegas!!!! Without a doubt!! Don't think twice!! I can't say enough about them!! The company is quick to respond, very helpful and friendly!!! My husband and I are visiting our son here in Vegas. Son was at work and husband was cooking. Heard a loud pop and power went out. Main circuit breaker tripped. We didn't know who to call. It was after business hours. Asked Siri for help and was given a few companies to call. Pacific Electric had a good rating. I called number listed and was immediately connected to someone who took my name and address.

A gentleman (Larry)called shortly after. He inquired about situation we were experiencing. Informed me of $245.00 after hour call out fee. Larry arrived in about 30 minutes. He was very professional, courteous and informative. We were so happy to have our electrical problem resolved. We would recommend Larry of Pacific Electric.

These guys were excellent. Very straight forward and I new what I was getting. I tried another company in town and they quoted my 5 times the amount without looking at the problem. They do the right thing and are trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

We have used them for an electrical issue in my kitchen and our smoke alarms. We will use them again in the future as we are remodelling our office.

Mike came out to our rental property to repair sime lights. He was able to coordinate with our tenant and worked around their schedule. Mike repaired the fluorescent lighting inside of the laundry room, garage and kitchen. He also wrote up a thorough report on some items that should be addressed, but said they could be taken care of at a later date.

Being out of town, I really appreciate Pacific Electric working directly with our tenant, and not trying to push additional work or "up-sell" me. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Pacific electric is on my speed dial!
