DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not credible, reliable, or concerned with their product. I have had multiple problems with them over the past six months and now my windows all leak during a thunderstorm. They never cared about finishing the job or their workmanship. What feels like a scam is probably a scam and this is the case with WK.

I had 5 upper windows installed and they look amazing. It took a month to get them in and calling a number of times to check on the status, but there was a holiday included in my waiting time. When they arrived with the windows the installers were courteous and very professional. Jody Kelly was able to install my windows along with another helper quickly and in time for me to make it to work. Great job Window King. Thanks Todd and Norma. Very pleasant company to work with.

Window King is great in taking money, but terrible at handling warranty services. Window King has replaced my impact windows with tempered glass. I clearly stated I have impact windows. After all, I spent $9,000 for these over-priced windows from this company. They have poor communication and slow to respond to this concern. I am still waiting for the correct replacements since March 2017. Stay tuned to how this turns out. I will keep you posted.

Window King worked our insurance company in getting our windows replaced after a tornado. Our installer Gerald did an professional outstanding job making the new windows fit our older house. He was very thorough even when the going got a little difficult. As years go by, I am confident that every time I look at our windows, I will remember our great experience. Chuck B

The windows are beautiful, and clean and clear. The salesman and the owner checked up on the installers and came back to see that I liked them! The installers were polite and efficient, kept everything clean and explained everything. And then they helped me put my blinds back up! Love my new windows!

Juan Martinez and his helper came out to my house and installed 8 impact windows and they did a wonderful job. They had a very good work ethic about themselves were very polite and very respectful. They are soon going to come and install the tapco screens on a few of my Windows and I can't wait to have them back. Also while they were here Juan helped me with any other issues I may have ran into and they kept their work area very clean and made sure that if they had to move anything out of its place that it was put back and everything was in order before they left.
I wouldn't choose anymore else to do work at my home and for anyone else that may need any work or anything or Windows all I can say is go with the king and ask for Juan Martinez. thank you and God bless.

Juan and Kenny from Window King came out and installed 10 impact windows with the tapco screens and also the roll down shutters. They have excellent job knowledge and did very good work with great attitudes. They also were honest with me and very helpful with fixing any problems that popped up while they were installing my windows. I would highly recommend Window King to anyone who is looking for a team of good, honest and hard working people. All I can say is Go With The King!

Juan Martinez from Window King came out and replaced all of our windows in our home ( a total of 23) and also our sliding glass doors. They were very professional and knew what they were doing and they were very hard workers who you can tell take a lot of pride in their work and take their time to do the job right and not just try to hurry and get it done and get a check.
They were also very efficient and even made sure all the Windows and doors were spotless and their work area was cleaned up everyday when they left. So when people ask me who did my windows I tell them to Go With The King! Great job guys!

Travis was most professional, friendly and talented. My new windows are beautiful (only now I have to clean up my back yard--my fault, not his). I never felt anything but safe while he was here. He does beautiful work--only thing is, this is going to cost me a lot of money because now I will be having more parties! I totally recommend Travis for your window needs.

My mother replaced every window and door in her house and really has been so happy about it, she still talks about them and Todd a few years later.
