We had an intermittent problem with our dishwasher stopping mid cycle. Mike came out to repair it and the dishwasher checked out OK. He didn't stop there though, but took his time to assess the machine. He found a problem in the installation that was causing the problem. He was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.

This company can not follow simple instructions and have service repair techs that don't know what they are doing. They were 40 minutes late and the tech was very sketchy looking. Service Tech completed the same diagnostic test that I did on YouTube but charged 100 dollars. He did nothing else but tell me my less than 2 year old washer would be 500 to fix. I called Samsung who sent out another company. Wouldn't you know it was just a cap that got stuck, they charged me nothing!

I called service repair called next morning. He came out the following morning. Ordered parts then returned day after parts came, he put in in new motor in 1/2 hour and then left. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient; would have him back. Service: Washing machine repair

I've scheduled 5 appointments with this company. Takes them a single appointment jsut to come look at the problem and then they order parts and come back a week later instead of having them on hand. I've then had them cancel two appointments on me last minute. They say the same technician has to work on the fridge when I'm sure its an easy fix. Very unreliable company and the owner does not return my phone calls.

Only used them because Whirlpool didn't have any available. I would recommend not using them because they are very unreliable and don't fix the problem the first time around or the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th.

We scheduled with Shaper Service regarding our ice maker in our refrigerator on our Samsung model. The tech (Kevin) came out and efficiently installed the new ice maker parts. He was very informative and did a thorough installation. Kevin was very polite, efficient, professional, and he did a great job. He left the work area clean too! Overall, we were very satisfied with Sharper Service and our tech, Kevin! We'd definitely use them again in the future and request for him

My dishwasher had a leak from one corner of the door. This had happened before but had been resolved by cleaning the gaskets. This time the bottom door seal was visibly distorted. I called my home warranty company and they assigned Sharper Service Solutions. Jake from the local office came out within two days, saw the problem and ordered the part. Jake returned the day after the part arrived and made the change, but we still had the leak once the wash cycle started. Jake noticed a large amount of suds when the tub was first filled and told us that could cause leaks. Jake explained several reasons how this sudsing could accumulate and suggested multiple fill-and-drain cycles without adding soap.

He told us to call if that didn't lessen the suds and stop the leak. When we did call he suggested pouring in milk to kill the suds. That did work after three cycles and eventually stopped the leak. Jake's knowledge, accumulated through experience, and his persistence resolved our problem and taught us how to prevent a recurrence. Sharper Service Solutions hires good people.

This company was recommended by LG to repair our cold not cold freezer. Without all the detail, the repairs were taking over a month because poor workmanship and scheduling. There was no urgency in the beginning or the end. We called LG to express our frustrations. The were able to get A&E to come out two days later. They fixed the problem in a few hours. The final two problems were that Sharper didn't do the install the parts correctly and took some bad short cuts that created other problems.

I had Appliance pro guard come out and they said there was no problem. I use the washer for three months and still had terrible issues. Sharper service came out diagnose the problem and fixed it! Thank goodness I got a second opinion. The tech was professional and friendly I would recommend them highly! Service: Washer/dryer repair

I requested service for a washer/dryer combined unit. First, they did not honor my 8am - 12pm appointment scheduling. When the tech called for an afternoon appointment and I mentioned my early appointment he did not apologize or try to make different accommodations. The tech did the bare minimum of work. I told him that my unit was not draining properly in the drain cycle nor was it drying my clothing within one dry cycle.

He charged me to clean the lint out of the dryer vent myself and did not address my concerns outside of replacing a broken part. After paying almost $400, my machine is still not working properly. Two stars because it is at least running. I still have to dry my clothing in three cycles despite replacing the dryer duct and cleaning out all the lint and I still have to turn the water off and run the spin cycle a second time. I do not recommend Sharper Service Solutions.

Jacob did a great job fixing our Whirlpool oven. He was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and easy to work with! For future appliance repairs, we will use Sharper Service Solutions.

Sharper was very responsive and did a fantastic job fixing my Maytag Dishwasher. The parts were there the next day and Mike the Tech was ontime, responsible, did a great job diagnosing and was quick with the repair. He cleaned the machine and recommended an additional cleaning method since it had sat for a week. I would recommend.

Our Service Technician was the most knowledgeable and professional of any repairman we have ever had in our home! He was courteous and was on time when he said he would be. We will definitely use Sharper Service Solutions the next time we require an appliance repair!

I called them for help with my washer. Turned out it was fine & the problem was with the outlet. The technician was very professional & taught me so much about my washer, dryer & HE detergents. I will call them again when I need help.

Lowe’s Home Improvement sent this horrible company to check on a leaking brand-new top of the line LG washing machine that was still under warranty. The inexperience technician tied the main drain water hose with a loose zip tie to the water lines. After a few weeks of use the motion of the washing machine shimmied the loosely placed zip tie getting that water drain hose off the wall and draining on the floor.

This water made it downstairs through our kitchen lights!! We foolishly trusted that they knew what they were doing and didn’t see the horrible way they set the washing mashing back after working on the warranty. Now this warranty inspection has cause us so much damage. We just finish building our new home and now we must deal with this water damage because they done even have the decency to come and see what their incompetence has caused us.

HORRIBLE - Horrible company and appalling customer service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Joe did a great job installing my new ice machine. He was very courteous & polite. Explained everything clearly. Did an outstanding job. Called in the morning to give a heads up about what time he'd be here, so you weren't wondering all day when he'd be here. That I appreciated greatly.

Had to have my screen replaced on my Samsung 55in 4K Smart TV. Jeff was awesome and very professional fast friendly service. All covered under the Samsung warranty. This is the only place I will ever go for any of my TV or Appliance needs!

I contacted the manufacturer of our electric range when I had a question about repairing our stove. They decided there could be a safety issue, so they booked an appointment with Sharper Services for us. Joe was our technician and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to assure us that it was okay to just replace the damaged part and just keep on using our appliance. This is saving us money, and giving us peace of mind, so we're very happy with the service.

The technician came on time and quickly identified the cause of why our freezer was developing a lot of frost. He educated us on the cause and was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him and felt he did a great job.

The technician greeted me with his name and a smile. He immediately removed his shoes and verified my concerns regarding the dryer. It only took him a few moments for him to detect and remedy the problem.

Sharper Service Solutions did what Mitsubishi could not do! They replaced a chip that was not available according to Mitsubishi. Knowing all the Mitsubishi models and their parts, the tech was able to find a replacement. The TV is working great! Mitsubishi wanted me to recycle the unit. Great service and fun guys to talk to about TV's.

Sharper was very helpful in getting our ice maker to work once again. Julius arrived when stated and worked quickly to fix the problem. Thir office staff was very helpful with accommodating our schedule. Very professional and polite.

Bradley was phenomenal in helping me get through to Frigidaire's ridiculous customer service/warranty gauntlet. After over thirty-+ minutes on a three-way call with Frigidaire's most inept service people, he was able to see the call through so we could get Sharper Service dispatched out to my house.
