The entire process of getting our two yard gates installed was very smooth. I had several questions and changes to the design, material, etc and each time they were helpful to answer my questions and responsive to revise the quote. The price was very reasonable as well. Our gates were installed by Kyle P and Jason C and they were quick but thorough. Thankful that they didn't ring the doorbell to awaken our napping kids. The finished product is sturdy and will undoubtedly stand the test the time. Highly recommend this company!

The installers, Alan and Brandon, were professional and efficient. They were personable and friendly. They, to my satisfaction, answered any questions or concerns I had about the installation. The steel fence of 67 linear feet with one single and one double gate was completed in one day. Two neighbors and one passerby complimented the look of the new fence. It looks great. Affordable Fences & Gates recently installed pool fencing around our pool. We received many quotes and decided Wrought Iron fencing with Affordable Fences was the way to go. Clayton came and measured, made some recommendations, and emailed us our quote in a timely manner. Kyle P, Carlos C. and Alan Z. were our installers. They installed 120 linear feet of fencing with 2 gates.

All three were professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and worked throughout the day to get the project completed. We had one small problem with a couple of the fence posts stability. Kyle P. returned and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The fence looks great and we are very happy with the installation. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

MOST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and during a market experiencing a labor shortage because of a pandemic.as a customer, I would have never known. 10 stars! We could not be more thrilled with the process and outcome of ordering two custom security doors, a custom gate and ninety linear feet of seven-foot-high fencing. Planning process: The initial representative to get started was 10 stars. Clayton arrived on time, was patient, extremely knowledgably about the products, the realm of the possible and provided suggestions.

He clearly understood pool requirements, as we took those requirements into our build for a future pool installation. Our emails and text exchanges were timely and thorough as we made some design changes during the planning process. Again, Clayton went above and beyond, and was a pleasure to work with on this effort. Such a professional business. Fence / Gate execution process: Team of two arrived on time for the fence installation and they were work horses! Andrew and Reynaldo (Ray) ensured the fence was 100% level, talked through the project with me before beginning and engaged us as homeowners when there was a question to ensure our expectations were met. Security Doors: Jason and a teammate were careful with our existing framing, set everything up, installed the doors (two doors in under two hours) and cleaned up shavings / debris following installation. Extremely professional and thorough. Follow up: The back door lock was a little too tight and Nick was out the next day to adjust. Rockstar. Took the time to answer a question on a future effort we plan to conduct, patient, polite and again - so professional. Conclusion: Affordable Fence and Gates (Pictures attached) is what every other company should strive to achieve.there is clearly a lot of behind-the-scenes training, and it was clear to me each person I engaged with at this company was a true believer in their product / service and each of them provided exemplary customer service.

Excellent customer service is such a rare characteristic anymore and to experience it across the entire company is so refreshing. Affordable Fence & Gates installed three gates to my yard behind my house. The installation was timely and professionally done. However, one of the gates needed adjustment after the initial installation. The problem developed about 8 months after the gates were first installed. Andrew and Carlos came out shortly after my call to the company. They were very pleasant and quickly made the needed adjustment to the gate. Very responsive and well done. I would definitely use this company again--and I would ask for Andrew and Carlos.

Excellent installation and excellent product. Andrew and T were knowledgeable, skilled, professional and very responsive to all our questions throughout the project. They were able to accommodate an unforeseen gap between old & new fence as well as a neighbor's shed very close to the fence line. The new fence looks great and the installation was done in a timely manner, with thorough clean-up.

From start to finish, everyone we interacted with at Affordable Fence was great! Jeff visited twice and made sure to picture and plan exactly what we wanted to do while giving recommendations to fill in the gaps. The installation was smooth and professional! Cardenas and Austin both did an outstanding job installing our fence yesterday. You can tell from the photos that they know how to put just the right curve in the fencing and make it look fantastic. Affordable Fence and Gate workers Chad Hanson and Steven Ramsey showed up within the scheduled timing window. They installed their trellis product according to what had been planned. I loved that they did a complete cleanup when finished with the job. I'd recommend this business to friends and family.

I do indeed have a new fence around my yard. That is about all I can say that might be positive. They left my yard in a mess with concrete (both dry and wet/mixed) all over my yard. As you can see in the pictures they removed the survey pins and simply left them lying on the ground. So much for the money spent on surveying. My back fence line is 130 feet long.

I expected to have a 130 foot level fence line similar to my neighbor's fence. Not the case. They simply raised and lowered various sections of the fence which left unnecessarily large gaps between the ground and the bottom fence rail. You can see this in the pictures. I understand this is necessitated in some situations. In my case no attempt was made to maintain a level fence line what so ever.

It would have been so simple and taken minimal effort to smooth certain parts of the ground below the fence line to enable a more level top rail. Many areas of the paint look like a five year old did the painting. They put two sections in the wrong location. Fortunately I caught one of them early on and they pulled it up and repositioned it in the spot we had previously agreed upon.

I was not home when they misplaced the other section so now it simply is what it is. To be fair they did offer to come remove it and relocate it. I simply do not understand why after several conversations, drawings and discussion it would not have simply been done properly the first time. For the over $6,000 price tag all I can say is that I have a new fence around my yard.

They simply do not have an eye for the details. I cleaned up the yard myself and will tough up the paint myself on my new fence. Again, to be fair, they did offer to come back and clean up my yard and touch up the paint for me. I simply preferred to do it right the first time.

Avery and Andrei just installed the most incredible security gate and doors that you can imagine!! I could not have been more pleased with the installation of these beautiful doors. They are really a work of art. Avery and Andrei were very detailed oriented and were very thorough at their job. I highly recommend Affordable Fence and Gates to anyone in the need for doors, gates or fencing.

We just completely replaced the builder-blah fencing around our yard with ocotillo style fence and custom gates. It took a bit of time and research to refine the design with Jeff, but the results are spectacular. Once everything was set, they showed up exactly on schedule and the install went perfectly. Special shout out to our installers, David M, Jesus J, and Jerry L. who moved rocks and bushes in the blistering heat and still managed to be super sweet (and clean up afterwords). We're very happy to have worked with AF&G.

Affordable Fence and Gate did an excellent job for us. They came out the same day we saw them in their showroom and gave us a bid right there. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they do good work and we found that we can rely on them - and that is worth a lot to us. We only live in Tucson part time, so we asked that they send us a couple of photos to show the work was completed.

Brandon and Avery did a thorough, professional job installing our RV gate. They were a pleasure to deal with; friendly, helpful, timely. One piece was incorrectly sized so they called the office to have another piece made. They were able to finish the install the same day. Thanks Brandon and Avery for a job well done! My installer did a fantastic job putting in my gate and the quality and cost were perfect! Other companies tried to charge me twice the price. Tank you to a top quality company and staff!

I'm impressed; I recently had an enclosure made for my water system. The installer came back to my project today because he didn't like the way the top was finished. I thought it looked fine. He placed straps on the top to better hold the steel mesh down. Now that's customer service.

The door is beautiful. It wasn't cheap, but the communication from the admin staff and the installer was good, and the door seems of very high quality. Recommended!

By far one of the best companies we have every hired to do a home project. They fenced 2 acres of our property with the corrugate metal fence. The fence looks amazing, the quality is outstanding and the service is gold standard. Highly trusted and recommended!

Affordable Fence and Gates is not only affordable, but have fabulous customer service and do great work. After seeing my options on their Website, I ordered the gate over the phone. They came out measured and installed it and it's beautiful. They even made a follow up phone call to be sure I was happy with their service which is something that doesn't happen very often any more.

Okay, so I live in Oracle and NO ONE wants to come out this far to do work, even if I offer to pay a trip charge. However, not the case with Affordable Fence and Gates. Avonlea is the office manager, she is the personable young lady you will deal with; she is helpful and accommodating.

My rear patio security door was just installed today. I'm extremely pleased with AF&G; they were professional, courteous, and updated me every step of the way and kept their promise with delivery. My front security door was made by First Impression and all I will say is that I wish I was aware of AF&G before going with FI because they beat them hands down with their customer service, and their product exceeded my expectations. Very pleased, and highly recommend them!

I called them twice over two weeks. Somebody took my name and number both times and told me an estimator would call me back. Nobody ever did.
