I highly recommend Lanier Roofing! They replaced the roof on my home and all aspects of their service was outstanding. From Doug Keel who first visited my home and provided a quote, to their excellent crew. They were timely, very polite, tolerated my dogs, did a great job on the roof, and finished by doing an outstanding clean up. They exceeded my expectations, which does not happen often, and I am only to happy to recommend them!

We recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage. J Alex was out to walk us through the process quickly and the job was completely flawlessly from beginning to end. The crew did a great job cleaning up - couldn't tell they had been there. The crew supervisor and J Alex both following up to be sure work was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Update: The owner reached out and apologized to me personally for his employees lack of communication. The rating now reflects the companies quality of work and hopefully they will communicate better in the future. I hired Lanier roofing to replace the roof on my detached garage. The quality of work they performed was fine but the lack of communication between the person that organized the quote and the workers is mind blowing.

Any entire crew showed up at 6am to replace the roof with no warning or contact from Lanier to us. We were completely unprepared and I had to leave work to remove vehicles from the garage and did not have the opportunity to cover things in the garage. I also contracted them to replace my facia boards but that apparently needed to be done by a different crew at a latter date.

I waited 40 days before contacted Lanier and asking them when they would come back out to finish the job. He told me that he would look into it. AGAIN without any notice the crew showed up the next day, had no idea I had a pool that needed to be covered, and started throwing whatever was in the gutters on my pool deck and landscaping. After I asked them to stop and gave them trash bags the work was completed.

I checked the gutters that they rehung and they would not drain so I notified my Lanier contact and he said he would take care of it. A few weeks went by so I texted him and reminded him. AGAIN next day two people show up to fix the mistake. Finally all the work was done and I was happy with it. Or so I thought. Three weeks later while I'm on vacation my camera pick up people in my yard and I have no idea why they are there or who they are. Turns out it was Lanier roofing again which was surprising to me since I was under the impression the work was completed and I had paid in full. Again the work was completed quickly and was if fine quality. I thought it was only fair to remove a star for everytime they showed up unannounced and inconvenienced us.

Lanier did a great job replacing my old roof. The crew worked hard through the day and did a quality job. Any roof replacement generates a lot of debris and they a great job containing the trash and cleaning up. The price for the project was also reasonable. A pleasant company to work with. Noticed some leaks in our roof during a storm. When they came out they inspected the entire roof and did a roof tune-up. Antonio was really thorough and walked the entire roof and fixed all our problem spots. Told us that other than what he fixed, the roof was in great condition, which was refreshing to hear. There's been a bunch of rain since, and no leaks. We're super happy.

My experience with Lanier Roofing was excellent. They provided a comprehensive quote at an affordable price. There was a good selection of shingles to choose from, and I was able to get the exact type I wanted. Their back office was very helpful. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job in one day. The yard was clean and free of any debris and trash when the job was done. I would highly recommend both their product and services.

Lanier Roofing did a great job on our house. From the first meeting with Doug Keel for an estimate through the one-day install to the final fascia work, this team was amazing. Doug Keel walked us through all of the steps, provided a thorough and honest estimate, and follow up efficiently. We were home during the installation. One day I was sitting in my living room and heard a loud crash on my back deck. After some inspection, it was apparent that the ridge vent had blown off my roof. My neighbors had recently replaced their roof and had a good experience with Lanier Roofing. I called up Doug Keel at Lanier and he showed up that day to evaluate my situation. He quickly recognized the missing ridge vent and arranged for a roofer to come out an make a temporary repair to hold me over til a full repair could be done. Doug was extremely helpful in providing options on how to move forward.

I ultimately chose to file a homeowners insurance claim, and Doug was helpful throughout that process. We ended up replacing the entire roof. The work was done quickly and proficiently. The price for the repair was reasonable and competitive. Overall, I would say I had a positive experience and would highly recommend Doug and Lanier Roofing.
