I recently moved to PA from AZ and discovered the home I purchased needed a gas line run to the dryer. Also, I needed to the replace the 16 year old water heater and two toilets. I requested a quote and was satisfied with the cost based on materials and labor. As covid was still an issue, scheduling took some time but was worth the wait. When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished.
In addition, they showed me how to set the pilot on my gas fireplace (no charge) and walked me through all of the equipment features and what to do if there was an issue. To date (6 months later) everything is working and I am satisfied the company and crew understood what to do from start to finish.

They are fast, reliable and reasonable. I had a water heater and expansion tank installed. I had a flood in my basement which knocked out my new water heater. They came twice to relight it because I was having trouble and only charged me for the 2nd call. Always polite when I call and so are the men who come out to do the service.

Critical: Responsiveness, Value Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Left standing water that smelled awful in a sink for over a week with no contact letting me know what was going on. Another plumber then came and fixed it promptly. Wilbur Henry then charged $100 for their visit and did nothing for the problem. I would not recommend this company.

I called Wilbur Henry plumbing yesterday for leak in the bathroom vanity. They promised that if they got time in between appointments the next day that they would try to fit me in. Guess what! They really did call and I got my leak fixed! I was so thankful! Thanks Dave for an amazing job! Service: Plumbing leak detection

The installer and installation went great, until I was presented with the bill. I was quoted $500 cheaper than what my bill ended up being. I had verbally confirmed the price on the phone. When I challenged this, I received a call that was less than friendly in response. My advice would be to get quotes in written form if using them so they can't change the price and then deny it later.
