PHD Plumbing

I had Brian come to my house in Yuma this morning to fix a hole in the waterline in my refrigerator. He was very courteous and highly professional in completing the job. I will ask for him the next time I need a plumber.

Very professional, kind, and great work! EDIT: I left the above review after a plumber (young man, his name escapes me, maybe Matt?) came and fixed my problem with a smile on his face. I was told someone else would be by on Monday to finish the job. Monday- no call. Tuesday- no call, I left a voice mail. Wednesday- no call. The following Monday, more than a week later, I got a return call that I owed $200. The owner was rude, and I'll never use this company again.

They re-plumbed an existing toilet, installed a new tub, grab bars, shower and surround, with new shower head in one bathroom. They installed a new toilet and new shower head in 2nd bathroom. Mike showed up on time as promised, after hours on a Friday night. Explained everything he was doing and why. Job was done quickly and still have no problems.

Called company to have a garage utility sink installed. I was subsequently introduced with Macario "Mac" who responded to my residence with a great attitude, awesome work ethic, very professional, clean and thorough. Mac did a meticulous job, he explained what his plan was for my install, he performed the work then showed me pictures of the clean he work he performed.

He inspected all water lines for leaks ensuring there were none. He cleaned up after himself AND some! Definitely an above and beyond kind of guy! I will definitely call PHD again in the future and specifically Mac the man, the legend! Highly, highly recommend PHD and Mac for sure!

First time I used PHD, one phone call, very responsive, right down to business, no wasted time, two man crew. Your company has a valuable employee in Dan, who was very professional, helpful with suggestions, and obviously takes pride in his work. I had a major leak it covered my Master Bathroom and Master Bedroom. the workers arrived within a hour of my original call, it took a week to dry out the damage. Restoration took over a month, the workers arrived on time every day were polite and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Had a beautiful job. Very satisfied. Thank you to PHD.

We had a plumbing emergency and PHD responded the same day. Our tech was informative and professional. Will definitely be using PHD in the future and will recommend to others.

Due to Covid our winter home in Yuma had been empty for many months. We arrived to problems with both toilets, 1 shower, 3 bathroom faucets, laundry room faucets and much more. We called PHD as they were recommended to us by a couple of our neighbors. We were not disappointed. Chris arrived a did a thorough check of our entire plumbing system and gave us his recommendations.

He was very thoughtful, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. We called in the next day to receive a quote and requested that Chris be sent back to do the work. The following day Chris and Brian arrived early in the morning and got to work. We had them replace all of the old grey (quest) pipes, install a new hot water tank, a new dishwasher, 2 new toilets, 4 new faucet sets with drains and all new valves.

This was a 2 day job and both men worked long hours to ensure we got our plumbing up and running and did everything possible to lessen our stress. We are very satisfied with the work done and we couldn't have asked for better workers than Chris and Brian. I highly recommend this company.

PHD was contracted to put in the initial plumbing work for a track home in Park West.which should have included putting a drain pipe into a drain (really, I guess this needs to be better defined in plumbing 101). They "overlooked" this and it resulted in our home flooding within 8 days of moving in. A competing plumbing company (Area Plumbing) showed the business ethics and responsible practices most would expect from a company that was competently managed and actually concerned about their customers and their own reputation.

Area plumbing came in and installed the up to code fixtures for the drain line and made things right, as well as researched other new builds in various stages of build to document all of those homes had appropriate drain fixtures installed and the pipes were routed correctly. PHD claims no responsibility for this issue because the water softener was installed by a separate licensed contractor, that's understood, but the fact that every other home in the Park West community had that drain installed through an appropriate fixture leading into the drain shows that they overlooked this drain on our home.

I would have zero issues if the owner instead claimed responsibility, saying they would make it right but instead they put the blame on any and everyone they could without claiming any responsibility forcing an insurance claim on a brand new house raising premiums and everything else that goes along with it. Not to mention, the flooring throughout the entire house had to be replaced.convenient that PHD also does damage repair and renovations right?

Not when their estimate was over $5,000 more than three other companies installing tile instead of the cheap laminate PHD was giving. What a joke. Only focused on the bottom line and looking for fast, cheap and sub-standard work. Avoid at all costs. It may cost a little more with another company but you'll save in the long run. Not interested in any response from this company or Mike the "owner".full of themselves and completely incompetent.

One of my favorite companies in Yuma! They respond quickly to calls, same day appointments for my problems. They do it all. Plumbing, electric. Etc. always friendly and on time!

The baby boy and family are all fine, except we're waiting for a crib. Awesome service. My tenants had a car drive through their baby sons bedroom after midnight last night. After waiting three plus hours for another company to respond, I gave up on them and called Mike.

PHD is an amazing company that is here for the customer. They did anything they could to help me get my problem fixed. I even talked to the owner who was just checking in to make sure my family was taken care of. Thank you PHD!

The work was pretty good, but the people who work for this company have a lot to be desired. The secretary never returns phone call and when they say they will be at your house by 8:30 am, they may be there by noon.

Had a plumbing emergency called Mike and he had someone out very quickly who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to locate the problem in no time and had everything working! Great local company and amazing employees!

Today is the day after Christmas. I had a non emergency plumbing situation so I called to get something scheduled. I hadn't used PHD before but had heard good things, so I called them. The owner called me back within a half an hour and said that he would check to see if his on call guy had time in the afternoon.

Well, I'm almost done with my summer projects.thanks to Mike, Jose, Juan Carlos.and yes, Tawnee too :- Once I get my fabric cover on Shading for east side of my house LIFE will be wonderful! Yep, my Worker Bees from PHD are good, attention to details, knknowing exactly what it is I want done, group of guys!
