I've known Stephan for years through various business groups. So when we made an offer on a mid-modern house in 2021 that clearly needed some love and had quite a bit of prior DIY halfway decent "improvements", Sardone Construction was my first call. We scheduled a virtual consultation with Stephan, shared some photos and asked for some help in planning a renovation budget.

His clear, direct and honest guidance burst our bubble - but in retrospect probably saved us over $250K in renovations & allowed us to move on to a different purchase. We're so grateful for Stephan talking us out of being a renovation client on that home. Want to do business with someone you'll trust and can rely on? Call these folks. Upstairs addition including a game room & guest bathroom - Excellent work, beautiful finish out, I absolutely love the way it turned out! Guys were always on time, respectful and clean. They were open to my ideas and revisions as they came up and always had a fix if something unforeseen came up. Will definitely use for my next project and will gladly recommend to anyone needing a builder or remodeler.

I did not actually use this contractor. We had a very small closet job. Like 2k. Most of the contractors we called either would not take the job because it was so small, or were booked up for months. I probably called 20 different companies trying to find someone. All turned me down. These guys turned the job down as well, but gave me the names of several subcontractors they use that would take a small job. One of them accepted the work and had the job done under budget and in less time than estimated. So very appreciative of this company for the recommendation.

We hired Sardone to remodel two baths, build a mudroom addition and a porch. They were always focused on our comfort and satisfaction, as well as doing quality work. Their designs were creative and beautiful. The project went a few weeks long, but largely due to the City of Dallas inspector delays. I would hire them again and recommend them highly!

My experience with Sardone Construction was worth every penny. Sardone was able to renovate my kitchen, dining, living spaces, and convert a bedroom into an office space within my budget. The entire process was made as feasible as possible, so as long as I was ready to make decisions. Initial walk through and discussion with Stephan Sardone got my needs communicated and was quick enough for me to return to work sooner than expected.

Soon after, Nicole came over to take measurements and listen to my wants, needs, and concerns. When I revisited with Nicole, she had a few options for me to look at, which were all great designs with details I had not even thought of; we combined ideas from the different options to come up with a final design. She was so patient, helpful, and friendly.

They worked diligently and allowed me to walk through at any given time. The project, like most projects, had a few issues arise, but Sardone quickly communicated any adjustments to the schedule to ensure construction wasn't completely interrupted. Stephan personally phoned me to address my questions/concerns to satisfaction. Requested change orders did not seem to cause a problem.

They worked with me and most importantly with my budget, gave me options, were able to address any and all concerns through the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity and I can only hope to work with them again in the future. Forever grateful. Loving and enjoying our home more than ever.

I know I have the same last name, but I am real client. Sardone Construction built the most gorgeous outdoor kitchen, living, oasis we could have ever imagined. The wood burning fireplace is amazing. We really didn't know what to expect as first time clients. They were professional, detailed, and finished the job on time. They cleaned up at the end of each day and their crews were always professional and courteous. Their work is stunning. I'm so happy with our brand new outdoor living space. We've already hired them to remodel our kitchen!

Sardone Construction worked with me on two projects back to back. First, they did some light drywall repair, painting, and installation of some specialty lighting for art in my new home. Second, they did some heavy drywall repair and a complete interior paint job in the home I had just moved out of to prepare it for sale. There were a couple of issues in the final walk through and they came back and made good on the issues immediately.

The quality of the work was to my satisfaction and I am a very particular consumer. While I think the two jobs could have been overseen more effectively, overall, I am happy with the work and would not hesitate to hire Sardone Construction again. I do and will continue to recommend them to my friends and clients.

I have to completely agree with everything that Tammy C had to say. I would say that we did move forward with them designing our Kitchen and Masterbath remodel, but that is where it stopped. We gave them our outside budget and after numerous design sessions, where we had most of the ideas and they just put them on paper, they came back with an estimate that was almost double our budget.

We were told that we could reduce the cost during "Value Engineering". There was no way that we were going to cut enough from the design to do anywhere what we wanted. He is a very difficult individual to work with and I would not recommend using his company unless you have no idea what you really want and have deep pockets.

Stephan is a great person who works extremely hard for his clients. I sadly was not able to go forth with renovations due to complications that had nothing to do with Stephan or his team. He worked really hard to assist me in securing the project, he did what he could to help me with issues that were arising. He was very patient with my complicated situation and was truly professional. If I ever have the opportunity for renovations, he is going to be my guy!

Customer Service Review. After weeks of waiting, I finally got a call back from Mr. Sardone @ Sardone Construction. I had figured he wasn't interested in our project or couldn't take it on because it took over two weeks to get any response from my application on his website. Even then, it was a short one-line email just to ask if he could call me this morning at 8am, but it did give me the chance to send back another copy of the brief project scope and design drawing I had written/made. Sadly, our phone conversation consisted of. 1.

Him apologizing for calling late this morning 2. Him wanting to know our budget up front 3. Him not believing I had written the scope or made the design drawing. He kept re-asking multiple times if I had a designer help me. (It's a very crude drawing. Totally not designer quality.) 4. Him asking me several questions that were completely answered in the information I had already sent him twice; including "why" we wanted to do this project. 5.

Without even seeing my property, he requires a 6-10% design fee up front. 6. He said I had a whole lot of homework to do in answering the questions on their questionnaire to help them "get a feel for the scope of this project and see if we are a right fit for them" before they would even meet with me the first time or see the property. 7. After spending an inordinate amount of time describing his whole process of fees and such, he ended the conversation with the false judgement, "You don't seem excited about this project." I have yet to receive any questionnaire, but on 10/10/17, Mr. Sardone called me and apologized for his one mistake of not getting back to me.

Stephan was enthusiastic about my project and was easy to communicate with, via phone, email and text - he never left me wondering where we stood and therefore we never had wasted time. He came to my build site and we had a great consultation about the best configurations of my obviously very tiny space.

He had innovative ideas and suggestions - for his first tiny house! His crew helped me with my big porch beams as a favor - so generous with his time and talents. I so enjoyed my time working with him, and I hope to have future projects with him and his amazing crew!
