Jordan's Tiles

I called to see about getting a quote on a bathroom renovation, right out of the gate the guy had an attitude. Didn't identify himself when he answered the phone, and when I asked, "who's speaking please" he snapped and said, "who am I speaking to you called me!" I've been a general contractor for 20+ years and I've learned how to identify red flags. This individual may do outstanding work but I'll never know because I wouldn't consider hiring him for any reason now. A little professionalism goes a long way.

While working with Jordan Tile, I found them to be attentive to my needs, fair in pricing and agile and responsive to any requests for modifications during the process. If the request was not recommended based on a specific reason, they were informative and confident and gave me the reasons behind their recommendations.

Tracy has done many tile installs for my company over the past 10 yrs and i depend on his expertice and excellent talents for the completion of my designs. Plus he is great with the client and follows up with all small details to completion.

Terrible customer service. Paid for a subscription to Angie's List to be able to contact contractors in our area. Sent a very detailed job description to Jordan's Tile for the work we needed done. Jordan's Tile never bothered to respond. We gave them well over 2 weeks to respond. Never did. I'd be concerned at this point that if I hired them for the job and needed to contact them in regards to something pertaining to the work they've done, they wouldn't respond.

I had Tracy Jordan come to my house to install tile in 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The job turned out HORRRIBLEEE. The tile was un-level in several places, not equally spaced, the grout color was not consistent and to top it off he used a tile with a big chip and stain on it as the first tile when you walk in the bathroom. He left my house a complete mess, his hand prints were all over my freshly painted walls dirt/grout or mortar was smudged all over my bathtub.

He did not even clean off the tiles he marked x'es on when he was cutting them. i had to clean up after a "professional". I had the option to choose another contractor in the beginning with a lower price, however i looked at Jordan's tile website and thought he did a good job on other projects, after having him complete work at my house there is no way the pictures on his website can be his work.

I advised Tracy the job was horrific and he agreed to come back and resolve it by taking out the uneven tiles and the tile with the stain on it, he did so however it looked even worse than when he started! The grout is a suppose to be a gray color however has variations of white, off white, gray and dark gray. The tiles he replaced sunk in and look worse.

I allowed Tracy a second attempt at the job however after the second try i requested a refund. Tracy was very unprofessional and would not refund the money he wanted to come back and do it again. My house is not a trial and error matter. I can not allow him to attempt numerous time to complete a job that should have been right to begin with. DO NOT TRUST him.

His work is horrible. He refused to provide a refund for the work, my bathroom requires the tile to come completely out and be redone in it's entirety. I am very upset and unhappy with this choice of contractor. Please make sure you consider this review before chosing him.

I am so pleased with my kitchen remodeling service. It turned out exactly as I wanted. Everything was easy and calm. I highly recommend Jordan's Tile if you need a gorgeous kitchen or bathroom even though your space is limited.
