Broten Garage Door

We've had the new Broten garage door installed 5 years ago and the other day it started giving us trouble. Had the service visit scheduled for next day and voila, like new again. Turns out the original mechanism was put in 10-11 years ago and the belt finally crapped out. The technician was friendly, courteous and quick.

I have used Broten twice before for broken springs and was always happy with service from beginning to end. So when my garage door opener started malfunctioning I requested a quote online on Saturday and within 20 minutes I was called and explained the options and prices. I scheduled for following Tuesday installation. Installation was perfect. Tech was personable and professional. He explained all options and cleaned up afterwards. Incredibly positive experience! Ken was the most informative, pleasant & professional technician I have met in years. He resolved my problem in minutes. He then took time to show me how to better maintain my garage doors operation. He also told me how doors and motors have been improved since I purchased my doors. Fabulous interaction, highly recommend.

Our garage door was several decades old and had to be repaired twice last year so we opted to replace it with an impact door. This would also help with our home insurance. The installation was seamless. My husband commented that the door doesn't bang down like the old one did, it closes gently. We would recommend Broten for this service.

Best service ever. From the initial call to the completion of installation. Staff was curious, helpful and patient. We called about 11 times and each time the lady that answered was kind, polite and patient. We scheduled our install on Friday and the job was completed on Monday. You just do not see customer service like that anymore. And I can't say enough about Manny. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, and on time. Great company.

We finally received our garage door after almost a year of waiting & let me tell you. the door looks so amazing. Unfortunately, with covid everything is delayed & we had to wait but Broten did a great job. We definitely were impatient at the end but Broten did their best to get us into the schedule ASAP. Definitely will be using them again in the future.

Ronald came out to my house last week to fix my Broten garage door. Unfortunately it was not up all the way when my wife started to back out of the garage and the bottom caught her rear windshield wiper. My call was answered quickly and Ronald came out a few days later. He was able to fix the door without having to change any pieces which saved us money.

He also did a thorough check of our door and cleaned and oiled all the gears. I would happily refer Broten to anyone needing a new garage door or repair of their existing door.

We recently bought a garage door from Broten Garage Doors and I must say everything was A one! From them coming out to give you a quote, providing you with samples of the door color, to when the garage would be installed was excellent. Everyone you talked to at Broten was very nice and knowledgeable. The garage door was installed on time and in a timely manner. We just had Broten replace our second opener with the latest model. This one includes an integrated camera along with LED lights. Very professional company with outstanding customer service. Why do all the pictures of Garage Doors, belongs to "Posh" up scale looking houses? Makes me afraid to call Broten, as my house is a small regular single family home. It would be encouraging to see pictures of regular homes.

First off, I used Broton to install a beautiful new woodgrain series by Clopay about 8byears ago when our builders Stanley brand door began to develop a tear in it. Their service was great then and great now. A few years ago one of my springs broke. I called Broton and they recommended I replace both springs at the same time. Their warranty is lifetime on the parts and 3 years on the labor. So, one spring broke last year and they looked up my purchase.

Within thex3xyears and they came out and replaced it for free. Last week, I noticed the other spring is now broken. I'm about a, week outside the 3 year labor guarantee and they still fixed it as a one time courtesy since it was so close. that's great customer service. The tech that came out also checked the tension and lubricated both door springs. Tgey could have said no as it was past 3 years on labor. I would not hesitate to recommend Broten

I had my garage door springs break on Friday night. I called for service Saturday morning the lady over the phone was pleasant and professional, she assured me a tech would be out that afternoon. Gary, the most professional and nice guy showed up and efficiently repaired my door. I paid a fair price and without reservation, would recommend Broten for your Garage door needs.

Broten just replaced both torsion springs on my door - this is the third time I've used them over the many years I've owned the house, and every interaction has been great. The staff on the phone are helpful - when I explained my car was stuck in the garage, they worked to find a technician that was available for same day service. And every technician that has been to the house has been both polite and efficient.

Though mine was a first time call for service on the Friday morning of a holiday weekend, a serviceman arrived within the hour and resolved my problem. The technician was professional, experienced and made all necessary repairs. These folks are top-notch and I will use them ongoing for all garage door services.

Called Broten on a Saturday, they set me up for an appointment 1st thing Monday. Lance the technician arrived on time, was courteous and efficient and replaced my broken Springs with a minimum of muss and fuss. All in all, a good experience. Would use them again.

Had a great experience with Broten. They were able to come quickly post-Hurricane Irma and repair damage that occurred a few days earlier by a competitor's negligence (another story all together). They were courteous, timely and very reasonably priced. The technician, Lance, was professional, courteous and had a personality that showed he truly enjoyed his job. We just had our door installed last week, and I can't say enough good things about Broten. The door is top quality and is super quiet when opened and closed. From the Sales, Scheduling, and Installation-Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. If only other companies conducted business this way.

They installed a complete system. Opener, springs etc. less than two years ago. But because I just bought the house from the owner who contracted them, they won't stand by their product and workmanship. The springs they installed were not the same size on each side and under rated for the weight. Thus, one of them snapped. Bad business practice and shotty work. Don't bother. Went to a small business guy who gave me the real deal. Willie is the best. Zero stars for Broten.

Honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Great communication, plenty of heads up calls confirming the appointments, punctual installer, very honest (only doing what was needed without up-selling me for the sake of taking me for more money this time out), and quick follow up looking for feedback 1 day after the job was done. If your car is held hostage on a Sunday when your garage door wont open, call Broten. We did, and in one hour, they were there, very polite, friendly, professional, and fixed it. On a SUNDAY in one HOUR!

We scheduled a time for the estimator to come, but then he never showed, so they had to reschedule. After that, we received great service, and everyone in their office was polite and professional. It took a little longer than we expected to get the permit and door, but the installation guys showed up right on time on the day they said they would, were efficient and cleaned everything up before they left. Broten scheduled the inspection for us, and that went off without a hitch. Would recommend them to others.
