We bought our unit a few years ago and have had a great experience with Gary's and all the employees. They are courteous and prompt and know what they are doing. Highly recommend. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and gave explanations about what he was doing in terminology and examples I could understand and relate to. He was prompt, courteous and able to replace the capacitors (made in America) during the same trip. They install the new ladder going up to my garage. The old ladder was made out of wood and very heavy and they replaced it with a lightweight aluminum one. Seems like they did a great job it was very neat and they cleaned up really well and seems like it works fine so I'm very satisfied thanks

As always, Gary's Heating & Air sent out an exemplary employee (named Johnny) to do our routine service on our HVAC system. He was nice, kind, personable, and knowledgeable, as are all of Gary's employees. It is always a pleasure to deal with any of the technicians from this business, and also know that your system will be taken care of by such skilled workers.

Very friendly and professional company. Colt was on time for our agreed upon service appointment. He quickly diagnosed my units problem. Carrier warranted two defective parts. One was back-ordered but Colt made sure to make temporary repairs to keep our home cool. The back-ordered part arrived this week and Colt just installed it and we could not be happier with Gary's. Friendly, prompt. communicative and do what they say, when they say.

We received a timely call back from on duty Serviceman "Gabe". He set an afternoon expectation of arrival. Small issue was resolved quickly and with a friendly smile. Gary's is one Top Notch company.

Great service and great tech! Service fee was the lowest of anybody. They came quickly and we thankfully got a quick fix on one of the hottest days of the year. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 is because I was told when I set up the appointment that they would review with me any possible solutions before diving in and fixing it. Instead they just fixed it.

I've seen this mentioned by other posters, so this isn't a tech issue. It's a issue in house that management needs to sort out, but otherwise, they were great and I'll reach out to them next time we need somebody!

I was very happy to have the crew from Gary's come out and replace our heating and air conditioning. The estimate gave us options and the quoted prices were fair. The team that worked at my home was very professional! They used drop rugs and kept the area clean. Very respectful with their language and stayed busy till finished. Danny Burrows was here to service my heating/ac unit. Professional. Knowledgeable. Explained the system to me. Excellent customer service. Will only call Gary's for future work. I am a single mom, felt very comfortable and appreciate Danny very much.

Michael came out and serviced my air conditioner which was freezing up. I have had several technicians from other companies look at it because it requires Freon every year and they could not find the leak. He found it in five minutes and found out that my heating unit had a strip out so it was not performing at full capacity.

Our furnace went out and quit blowing air. The house was frigid cold. MICHAEL WRINKLE from Gary's Heating and Air came out within 20 minutes of the service call, and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was able to install a new motor for the furnace and we had heat again. Thank you for the awesome service.

Our system had been out for two weeks we could no longer wait for the home warranty company I called Gary's Heating and Air an appointment was made and within two days a new system was installed. I had a salesman come out to quote me on a new heating and air system. I was not impressed. He was here MAYBE 10 minutes. He didn't answer any of my questions such as discounts, summer specials, rebates or financing.

Heater went out mid February. My system was very old, maybe 30 years. Gary's came out and told me I needed a new system, old one was toast.surprised my home didn't catch fire. Had it for a month now and I am happy.

My heater stopped working of course on a Friday with very cold weather. The tech opened it up and there was a little washer thing laying there it was very dusty and appeared to have been there for years.

The installation was done by a proficient and professional team. During the installation, our salesman came out to check on the progress. The entire process from the consultation to turning on the unit was very smooth and pleasant. Thanks again.
