If you are on the fence about who to hire go with Greenwave! 2021 edit: Once again hired Greenwave to update our wiring in our old home, they did a ton of work for us, finished a day early, and are so clean and considerate of our space! I can't recommend them enough. Hands down, best in town.

I had an appointment 2 weeks out. I could only deal with the scheduler. I was told to email my issue and Mark would get back to me with pricing. I did that and he never contacted me. The receptionist could not or would not give me that information. I wanted an idea of how charges were determined. The scheduler canceled on me. She had no idea what she was doing. I asked for Mark to call me back. He never did.

Excellent company! We have used them twice now for new installations. On the most recent call, Mark W. came out and assessed what we needed, gave some suggestions, and got to work immediately. Before contacting Greenwave I wasted over a month waiting for call backs from other Electric Contractors who told me they would "Get me on their schedule". Greenwave set an appointment on my very first call then a few weeks later Ryan & Mark arrived right on time. They were very professional throughout our project. We came across an unforeseen issue after the install and they were able to get back out the next day to get it taken care of. I will be using Greenwave in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.

The tech, Ryan is detail orientated, explained things very well. He didn't talk down to me. The customer care person answering the phones, scheduling and answering questions, Susan, she is so friendly, follows thru with promises. Honest company. Good fair pricing. I used them for a home remodel.

We had some work done today and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We were scheduled quickly and our technician, Ryan, was super friendly and professional. And to top it all off, the price was right on point as well. We will absolutely use Greenwave again.

I would recommend Greenwave to anyone in need of any residential electric work. The company is very responsive to the clients needs throughout the entire process. They worked well with our schedule and needs and were able to work us in quickly. Ryan came out and gave the estimate, he was very helpful, answering all of my questions. Never did I feel like Ryan was trying to sell or add to the work that we needed done. Ryan was very professional when he did the install and service work, using plastic to keep the floor clean and picking up after himself. I will be using them for future electric work.

I called Greenwave Electric because I was impressed with the reviews they have on their website. I needed to have a couple ceiling fans installed and an outside light replaced. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They sent me an email confirming my appointment and it included a picture of the service manager that would be arriving at my house.

I really liked that. Rob Scott was the service manager that arrived at my house and gave me the price quote for the work I needed to have done. He was able to complete the work the same day. Rob did a great job. He is very professional. I would definitely recommend Greenwave Electric and will use them again in the future. Thanks Rob!

We have had Greenwave out to our house for three separate projects. Each was handled very professionally and at a reasonable rate. Most recently, Kyle was out and installed GFI outlets in our kitchen and bathroom. They are safe and look great. Thanks!

Everything about my experience with Greenwave Electric was superb from the first time I called the office to get a bid scheduled, to having Rob arrive on time and explain (to a new first time homeowner) how the different electrical components worked, to when Ryan arrived to complete the work. I never felt pressured to hire Greenwave Electric, but I'm happy I did. Ryan even had to come back a second day to finish the work, but I wasn't charged more than what Rob had quoted me. Great job Greenwave Electric!

We purchased our home and needed some electric work done and Greenwave Electric came out and was very professional and priced and gave us suggestions. We called Greenwave 2nd time to do more work for us since we were very pleased with the companies work! We will call again if we need more work done!

We had a great experience. The technicians went above and beyond to get our problem fixed, and even though they had to invest extra hours to finish the job, the price that was originally quoted didn't go up.

Due to a misunderstanding, initially we were upset, however he came out the very next and spent the entire day correcting our wiring. We had bad, dangerous wiring in several light switches that were connected to each other and he corrected all of them.

Really? 39 dollars for an estimate? I have to do this for Westar Energy and you're also adding to the costs and supporting their insurance option.

The staff and technicians were outstanding. We had one group of switches which were a challenge and troubleshooting took longer than expected. The knowledge of these guys, Rob and Chris, shined brightly as they worked their way through the problem.

After having several electricians over to assess our issues, we decided to go with GreenWave after lovely interactions with their staff. The electrician who came to visit us was very professional, friendly, and didn't mind my 1 year old following him around. We have scheduled our work to be done and can't wait.

Very prompt. Liked that I was sent a name and photo of the Service Manager who would be coming to my home. Loved that he put booties on over his shoes every time he entered the house. Very friendly and answered all of our questions including some we hadn't asked but were going to.
