KMA is simply THE BEST! Customer centric, courteous and professional. Ronnie Ward came out to perform electrical maintenance and new installation. Ronnie treated me with respect and was attentive to my questions/requests. KMA is up front and provided me a written estimate and was right on point when the work was completed. Ronnie Ward (and the KMA family) made this a great experience and because of them, I will only use KMA for my electrical and HVAC needs.

We worked with four members of the KMA team on three different projects. We had an AC repair, a consultation on furnace installation, and the installation itself. In every interaction Brandon, Dustin, Dalton, and Roger were extremely professional. In addition to walking us through all the details of what they were doing (educating us), they also executed everything to a very high level of excellence! They did the job right and they did it extremely well. Their workmanship was elegant and functional. Worth every cent!

I will NEVER recommend KMA as they are scam artists! Technician Roberto Del Pinal was out to diagnose our slow AC yesterday. He recommended a full replacement of both furnace and AC, which was red flag number 1. AC wouldn't not work immediately after their visit. I called and their immediate response was "well if it isn't covered by warranty, then you'll have to pay".
I didn't even ask about payment, I just wanted it fixed. Red flag #2. Turns out, he left a wire disconnected to the capacitor. The wire is connected in such a way that it isn't easily disconnected, could have fallen off or been bumped off. He intentionally left it disconnected while they were quoting a $10k-$15k system. Do NOT hire them, they will try to scam you!

KMA is a marvelous company. I've had 3 visits and each has been a pleasant experience. My AC inspection found a major problem that could have been dangerous but Dustin fixed it for me. He was also kind enough to change out a lightbulb I couldn't reach. This company reminds me of how service companies are supposed to work. Thanks KMA!

KMA has been nothing but wonderful to us. Anytime we have had an issue they have been very quick to respond and to get the issue fixed right away. We had an inspection just to make sure everything was OK and they sent a tech named Walter and he was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and personable. My heat went out on the coldest day of 2022 & a KMA technician was here at 10am! The furnace was shot & they replaced it 2 days later. Excellent response & Jonah was very friendly & explained all the steps needed! He then went out for 2 space heaters for my house & came back later that day. You can't ask for anymore than that for service!

When our AC went out last summer, KMA not only came out the next day and got our very old AC patched up until they were able to replace the whole unit a few days later. They also sent someone to inspect our electrical panel for free. The team that installed our new furnace and AC were very knowledgable and professional and were very diligent about not tracking mud in the house on a rainy muddy day.
Today we had another free panel inspection with the same technician, Walter, who was once again professional and super helpful. All of our service has been speedy and excellent.

Andrew Montella is very good at explaining what his diagnosis of why my ac unit was not working and gave me options of what can be done to get it working again. He tried different options to see if he could repair it and unfortunately it isn't an easy fix. He gave me alternatives solutions to fix the issues with my ac unit and also took a look at my furnace and gave me advice on fixing it also. He definitely deserves a rating.

Had a family member use them for some pretty extensive work. They were always on time, worked for very long periods to make certain everything was done within as few days as possible, and made certain that what they did was up to code. Unlike most contractors they cleaned up their mess. One of very few electricians that responded. This family member called numerous other electricians in the area and in every instance they failed to follow up, KMA stepped up to the plate and I highly recommend them.

I have used KMA for my last 3-4 electrical issues/upgrades. I like that they have multiple technicians, they arrive on time, and they explain everything in detail. Wayne D fixed a 3-way switch a month or 2 ago, and returned to upgrade the circuit panel earlier this month. He kept me updated on the progress and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the excellent service!

I scheduled the maintenance visit easily online. They confirmed the visit via text and sent a reminder the day before. On the day of the visit they texted a picture of the technician Ken Miller and approximately what time he would arrive. During the visit, Ken was professional, efficient and friendly. He adjusted my AC so it would run more efficiently.
He also helped me by letting me know how I could save money by choosing a yearly maintenance plan. I was surprised at the low cost. KMA installed my furnace and AC. I would recommend them for installation and maintenance.

We had KMA out this week to fix some electrical problems and it was quite honestly the best experience we've ever had with a company! Jonathan and his trainee were both great to us!
