I was about to give up on my pool and could not get hep anywhere. Called numerous pool people and nothing not even a call back! Found Don by searching pool stores in Boise. Let me tell you he is the greatest person. First thing he did was GIVE me and stuff I needed to get my filter lid back on and umbrella hats to wear out when it was so hot! Then when I had another problem he actually opened the store early for me since I had driven into Boise.

This man knows his stuff! Then I had another problem and he gave me the name of a pool specialist who ACTUALLY called me back and he came over and OMG my pool works again. THANK you Don and ADAM from Superior Solutions!

Don is great to deal with! Unfortunately, I only make it into his store once every 3 to 4 years, but within seconds he makes you feel like buddy's who need to hangout more often. Not to mention he's the only place to go if you need a part or help with a pool or spa issue. He has more knowledge than every other store in the valley combined and will bend over backward to get you taken care of.

I actually hate going anywhere else. If you need anything pool or spa related Twin Dolphin is the only place to go. Disclaimer: I'm 46, was born and raised in Boise. We had a pool growing up, that I now still help my parents take care of.

Twin Dolphin is amazing and the owner's knowledge of hot tubs is incredible! I needed a replacement for an obscure part on my old hot tub, and the second I walked through the door (with the broken part in hand), the owner not only recognized the part, but knew the make, model, and year without me saying a word. He walked me through the steps to fix my tub, and I am extremely grateful. I can't recommend this place enough, absolutely loved it.

We trust Don with all of our pool chemical maintenance and advice on filtration. We have an above ground pool and because of Don, it has been crystal clear and maintenance free all summer long. Don is funny, friendly, and takes time with each customer to troubleshoot and problem solve. He will not oversell and he has frequently referred me to amazon if I can get a much better deal there. As long as I have a pool, I will be a loyal customer to Twin Dolphin.

Incredible place to go if you need anything for your pool or spa. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Shopping with your children can be tough sometimes but he gave my boys rubber ducks and they were thrilled making my time in his busy location much easier!

This guy treats his customers like trash. I was just there and picked up a pool skimmer and I never got a hello or anything else. He just said you owe me $19 and showed me the door. I had a couple other questions about my pool but he just turned his back and went away to talk to his friends. I'll never be back. He says he has the best prices of anybody but if you go to Walmart they will blow his prices away.

Replaced our in ground spa equipment, a year later it broke. After 10 days of trying to make an appointment to get it fixed, or to see if it was under warranty, we finally gave up on him. He wouldn't be bothered to make an appointment stating that is isn't how it works and he can only show up on his schedule.

I came into Twin Dolphin with what I thought was a major issue: water that turned green-brown after I filled my above ground pool up with water and added chlorine due to hard water (we have Capitol Water, which is untreated and very hard). Don was awesome with helping me find an appropriate chemical system that worked without any extra chemicals and was economical for my tiny little pool.

On top of that, he also helped me with other pool issues that ended up being really easy to fix.without selling me product upon product. This will be my go to place from now on!

I bought a house with an older existing pool. Through the whole process of getting to know and manage my water, Don has given me straight answers. He doesn't want to try and sell you everything on his shelves, he just wants you to love your pool.
